Gallery Players

I found Gallery players when I moved into the neighborhood 15 years ago and have been a subscriber ever since. I have been very pleased with the quality of the performances. Every seat in the house gives you a great view of the stage. It is interesting to see how the stage is arranged for each performance. The GP offer a wonderful night out at the theater several times each year.

This is a nice, intimate theater space in Brooklyn. I’ve seen a couple of shows here. The sets and costumes have always been wonderful, and the casts I have seen always have had a couple breakthrough performances while the others were serviceable.

Fantastic shows without Broadway prices. Don't miss this experience, you will never be disappointed. Only discovered them 5 years ago event thought they're on their 53rd year. Wish I knew about them sooner. 6 shows every season, nice , interesting mix. Only downside is not much to do after the show, absolutely no late restaurants, bars , coffee shops nearby.

We saw "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof" Oct 27 and what a wonderful surprise. The acting was top notch, the venue intimate and the location was just 3 blocks from the subway station at 4th Ave. While in New York we also saw "The Rose Tattoo" and "Come From Away" and we didn't enjoy them near as much. Go see!!! You won't be disappointed. It's a bargain for only $25.

Excellent Revival off off Broadway Brooklyn theater. Inexpensive creative reproductions of classics modern and Shakespeare. Handicap accessible elevator entrance around the corner. Staff was very accommodating. Definitely recommended for creativity and talent at a very affordable price.

First visit to the Gallery Players and what a positive experience it was. "Chess" is a strong story with incredibly beautiful music that deserves to be out there more than it has been. The Gallery Players were extraordinary and their performances were flawless. Kudos all around!

Been members for years. Love their productions. Just wonderful.
This was one of the best ever.
Recommend this theatre to anyone.
