Today I attended my appointment. Nice to see new but highly professional and caring doctor Dr. TAREK MURADI. One of the Best Doctors... 👍

I have been with this practice all of my life - 55 years and have been happy with my service. Yes I had an issue with Dr. Patini but on reflection that was more me. Cruel to be kind. The support my wife has received during some tough years has been great. Monica has always been very polite with me and getting appointments is relatively easy and quick. I knew Dr. was retiring and recent experience of new team has been great.

The doctor was professional in the consultation and prescribed me the medications I needed. I am much better now.

I have been to this doctors quite a long time and always was good now that’s changed went in November got told to shut up as was talking too fast got Anxiety disorder and than went today the same doctor was so rude to me haven’t stopped crying he said he couldn’t help me I thought doctors was there to help never felt so alone I think your doctor needs training in mental health I will be telling mental health as they told me not take these tablets but your doctor take them again that’s is very bad the other doctors are brilliant but Dr Pattni needs training in mental health I saw all the other reviews about him and we all say the same thing about him it’s about time the surgery listened as I not going to drop this I been in contact with your manager did miss your call when I told them not to phone at the time as had work tried to phone them. Back the attitude off the receptionist using is unreal

If I had a choice I wouldn’t give them a star. Worst surgery I have ever had to deal with. The stuff are rude and so unprofessional. The doctor’s have no sense of urgency. This surgery ought to be shut down. God know why they are still allowed to operate. Avoid like a plague!!!!!

I would have given no stars. The latest failure from this practice is to not include critical mental health medication in my moms monthly prescription. I left this practice years ago due to the Drs appalling communication and attitude. Not recommended.

Dr Patti is unprofessional, rude and wants to get rid of you. I prefer to die rather than to be treated by him. Avoid him. Book you appointment with Dr. Begum, she is professional, friendly and respectful.
