Foster Arms Apartments

This studio room has everything i need. The set up is convenient and the space is very nice.

I can not say enough about Foster Arms studios. The management was awesome and always responded immediately to any concerns my daughter had. The location can not be beat! TY for making my daughter's senior year a great one!

My daughter rented at Foster Arms her senior year at State College. The management (PMI) were accessible, knowledgeable & made themselves available at all hours during the week of move in. The apartment was clean and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We appreciated the individual WiFi access which made remote classes run smoothly, the location was fabulous and move out was as easy as move in. PMI returned most of our security deposit and we agreed what was charged was correct, this is unlike other experience we have had in the area. We highly recommend this location and management group.
