Farm Boy

Really great find if you're looking for a kind of 'farm stand' experience. This place has been open for decades, predating the Farmer's Market fad that hit hard late 90's in Los Angeles... and while the pricing is a bit wide-ranging (some deals are absolute steals - some pricing is wayyyyy higher than Trader Joe's, which it shares a parking lot with) -

they DO have a number of more exotic offerings, and then simple American fare like freshly made Tuna Sandwiches and Doritoes. Kind of something here for everyone.

This btw is the definition of a "Mom And Pop Shop" - the kind that used to be on every block in NYC - and that is a nice feeling if you're a bit numb to the overrun crazy Holiday energy at Trader Joe's, Ralph's or Gelson's.

They also have a super cool 'make your own soup' right on the spot - you just pick your ingredients, and they'll whip up a beautiful, generous batch of fresh Japanese noodle soup to go! REALLY great for quick lunches / dinners.

Be aware- parking is the same parking at Trader Joe's - so just be prepared to be patient for 5 minutes finding your spot.

Also: hours vary on different days - be sure to check before heading over!

Lovely little asian market with fresh produce and a wide variety of ready to eat food which is always fantastic. 10/10 would recommend :)

We really love this local Asian grocery store. They have fresh produce, sushi, Korean meals/sides, and dry goods. It’s so convenient, saves me a trip to H mart.
I stop every week for a green juice and produce for the week.

A great little grocery store offering a fantastic selection of Korean goods, fresh exotic fruits, and healthy juices, even sushi! The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

They have pretty interesting exotic stuff and it's convenient cuz it's right next to trader Joe's. But I don't like the fact that they have a bad habit of keeping the receipt and not giving it.. or if I do ask for a receipt then it has no information about what I purchased unlike in regular stores, where things are itemized.

Really cute place that is a definite must-stop. The prices are great and the diversity in product is so wonderful. You can really get anything you need here. The sushi is AMAZING and they have a great selection. They also have fresh juice, mochi, and more awesome stuff. You can stop here for lunch every day and get something new and yummy. I will definitely be back.

This place is very hit or miss. The sushi is ok, though the rolls are made pretty largely and sloppily. The baked goods are awful (zucchini brownies are flavorless, and peanut butter cookies overly sweet and oily), and the fruit is often bruised or overripe. The main reason I wanted to write a review is that their allergen and ingredient labeling is not good; some of the dishes seem to be missing ingredients on the labels, including major allergens. If you have any serious allergies, I do not recommend eating food from here.
