I have been to Compass in Northbrook three times and had an AMAZING experience every time. It's very skill-based and group-oriented. I've been to several other PHP programs in the area, but Compass is the one that has truly helped me integrate coping skills into my daily life to deal with my depression, anxiety, and substance use.
