Block Advisors always makes filing my taxes and easy process. That’s why I keep going back.
My appointment was changed three times. The amount of tax due changed by thousands of dollars. She listed me as having social security income (when I have not started taking social security). I had difficulty understanding her, and she said the video app doesn't work. She wanted to charge $380 to file one simple federal 709 report nontaxable gift and $59 for the California gift return. This was after the last Block advisor retired (without telling me) and ghosted me.
Lena was my tax advisor and I felt like she cared about me and my particular situation. She has a calm demeanor that makes you trust her
Kenneth was very communicative and professional during the whole process. He patiently made sure my questions were answered and took the time to explain the calculations. My refund exceeded my expectations and was one of the largest I've ever gotten thanks to him! I I look forward to working with Kenneth again.
