Roach, bed bug and rat infested, they steel , your mail and everyone that stay there want
to kill they self I wonder why ?

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! MIDTOWN IS BEAUTIFUL, THE MANGER EARNEST SMITH IS A NIGHTMARE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ELEVATOR HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH, ELDERLY TENANTS USING THE STEPS!! PARKING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REPAVED AND NO TENANTS HAVE ACCESS TO IT. TENANTS ARE BEING TICKETED DUE TO NO PARKING.DRUG ACTIVITY/SELL INSIDE THE BUILDING.

Roaches in the hallways , elevator is always broken , and never a notice up for any major maintenance problem. Hot water was off for 4 days and management was clueless. Over charging and they never fix anything

I wouldn’t move here. The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. There’s only one person running the office and that’s Wendy. She is nice at first to get your money and once it’s gotten, total 180. It’s like Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Maintenance is never there. She doesn’t update you about your apartment if you’re moving in. I applied Dec 1st 2021 and was set to move Jan 1st 2022 no updates, I had to call after christmas just to find out my date would be pushed back to Jan 8. Which that wasn’t even a guarantee.
The boss Jennifer who is over Wendy is just as rude, actually worse. Wendy couldn’t even remember my name or get it right. Unacceptable. When asked to refund my deposit she gave me the wrong info so when I called back she was rude about it and said there’s nothing she can do I just have to wait.

Not to mention the doors on the apartments are a thin slab of wood which anybody can kick in. And there is no where to park unless you want to pay $30-$40 extra to park in a lot full of potholes. Save yourself the hassle and just go elsewhere. You’ll be dodging a bullet.
