Experience was bad

Fire alarm on this building has been going off for hours and hours and hours… long after the fire trucks came and went. Can management please turn it off? Is anyone on site at this location???? I feel bad for the tenants who live here and the neighborhood nearby who has to listen to the alarm for hours at a time— multiple times a month.

Never move in here or your elderly family members 💯

Very nice apartment, relatively new refurbished.

I am a new tenant at Wellington Square Apartment. It’s not what I expected. I requested to see my apartment prior to move-in and management told me NO! and that it was imparative that I sign my paperwork prior to moving in. My rent from from $515 to $752, within a few minutes of signing my lease and a 2 hour frame to move in. I requested parking inside the fence that rate increased from $25 to $50. When I saw my apartment it was the size of a matchbox. There are various issues within the building that I have not mentioned. My warning to you please be careful when dealing with the office staff. I can only blame myself for the errors I’ve made. You do not have to make the same mistakes. Give them ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY!!!!View your apartment before you put any money down! Get your apartment number in writing!!! RENTER BEWARE!
