Having a great stay here...

The staff are very good customer service The rooms are very beautiful Stay during the winter months nice sea views.
The Sands has beautiful apartments. They are clean, well located, have beautiful views, and are right by the beach for an evening stroll.
The kitchen was well equipped, there was shampoo, and we had everything we needed.
There's no negatives to it really!

Beautiful apartment! Really well located right next to the beach, but not noisy or too busy - relaxed environment. Super friendly, helpful staff. There are some shops and restaurants on the ground floor, including a convenience store and lots of fantastic ice cream options. Would love to visit again.
The Sands is a Fabulous setting. Appartment was amazing with Sea View.
It is rather on the expensive side! But if you like the North side of Scarborough, this is the place to stay with a couple of lovely eateries nearby and a lovely shop nearby with local shop.

Lovely well equipped apartments. Their position right on the beach is perfect. They are expensive but worth it.
Absolutely beautiful, amazing view, so clean and you also get a basket of refreshments. Netflix’s on tv which is absolutely grand, towels and toiletries included stunning, staff are lovely, you can get wi games, books and dvds! Defo coming back here!!
