I love this place.
This is second time that I visit here and it was perfect.
Server was very very kind, and atmosphere was “super”. Seafood is also very fresh and delicious. It was perfect dinner for my family including my parents.
Hope to visit again. Merci beaucoup.

Great service from the staff. Enjoyed how they brought the daily menu out to the table, (on a white board) and was able to explain their offerings. Seating felt a bit cramped.

Food wise, fresh seafood, and wine!

My only grip was that the food had little to no flavors / taste. I would assume it was very lightly seasoned to accommodate a wide range of palates. I just expected more for the price range.

The red fish was seasoned well. The rest not so. In my opinion, the vegetable sides I ordered had 0% seasoning.

Absolutely enjoyed the small bowl of complimentary bread and clams.

My Calamari and fried onions were a bit overcooked; however, still edible.

Only able to order one serving of razor claim, due to them having limited offerings. Only my friend was able to enjoy. I sampled one of his and it was delicious.

I had a BLAST at Cagouille. I went on my own during a business trip in Paris, looking to eat a Dorade. It was not on the menu BUT they had one left which they cooked for me. Great fishes, seafood, wine list. Average client age is 80YO which was fine by me as old french people know where to eat (i am french as well).

Good food. The problem is the errors made between what we ordered and what was brought us (eg ordering two plates of tagliatelle and getting two plates of potatoes; ordering four different desserts and getting only three of them; have to wait forever to get a waiter when we wanted to get some more water, bread, wine and salt). Also, paying 16 Euros for a simple plate with some strawberries and raspberries!!

La Cagouille is one of those places that when you are in the mood for spectacular seafood, this is where you go. First off, top service here, friendly and helpful and hardworking…a very rare thing in Paris. The atmosphere is also really enjoyable and pleasing…sat outside on the terrace on a warm summer night and it was the perfect stage for this dining experience. Clams, oysters, fried anchovies green salad plus perfectly cooked and very tasty fish. Everything fresh and cooked on point…plus amazing wine list and very reasonable prices. One of latest favorite dinners in Paris, beyond my expectations.
