From what I read, no one in this organisation takes any notice of any less than favourable comments, so much for being a quality assured organisation but here goes. My problem in the plethora a of detail one has to provide on admission forms even for admission witnin a month or so of each other. Surely the info is kept and a simple question regarding what if anything has changed and pro ide the details of such would suffice. Furthermore, why do the forms not contain a mailing address for the Hospital to which one is being admitted. Even if there are multiple hospitals, there is close enough to to empty pages on which such detail could be provided. As is, does not show much care for incoming patients.

Worst hospital in the Australia. Stay away from it. I really not recommend this to anyone.

Hi I would like to lodge a formal complaint about how poorly I was treated whilst an inpatient. I tried to resolve this with the CEO to no avail.
