Love this place! I went using classpass and LOVED it. I did Orangetheory for years and after awhile got bored of the constant running and rowing. Here, they have 9 different stations, they are quick paced and you go through each one 3 times. It was great variety and pace! Love the diversity of the stations as well!

I was invited to try a class by one of my friends who is an instructor and completely fell in love with the workouts and community. Everyone is so friendly, not judgmental, and the classes are as easy or hard as you want to make them! I can’t recommend enough!

The absolute best! Dan always came around to make sure I knew what I was doing and never made me feel rushed at figuring anything out. Encouraged taking a break if we need to instead of pushing so hard to do everything full out to the point where someone whose body isn’t ready for it, might injure themselves (me, I had to take many a break because I’m new to this hahaha). The reassurance really helped me stick it out and be positive along the way even during breaks. So much so, that I came back for another 6AM class to do it all over again! Thank you Dan!!!!!

Training mate is so fun. It is a great place to get a good work out in with a good vibe. Dan is the best.

Found out about this place via ClassPass and I’m really glad I pushed myself to try something new. I didn’t think I’d like these high intensity circuit workouts but as a mom with a toddler I really needed a workout that was fast (these workouts are like 45 min) bc I have so little free time. The staff are nice and the instructors are encouraging. Definitely worth checking out.

Came in to take a friend’s class on a whim and completely fell in love with this wonderful community. The trainers bring incredible warmth and energy, and that’s what makes this gym a total standout. All kinds of bodies and experience levels are welcomed. I’ve made some great friends, I enjoy the heck out of each class, and I go home energized and ready to embrace the day. The week is really well structured, and form and recovery are prioritized, so this is something I can enjoy doing six days a week without soreness or injuries. Special shout out to legend trainers Luke, Josiah, Collin and Dan- Thanks for bringing the best energy to your clients. I appreciate the hell outta you!

I had the pleasure to visit this site during my visit to California and it was marvelous. Since you enter the staff and trainers are so sweet and motivated. They are so helpful and accommodating to first timers. What a great team, fantastic workout. I will definitely return when I visit, love morning sweat.
Membership fees are reasonable, must try.
