Campus Medical Centre

I am a Student in University of Greenwich and I live in Avery Hill Accomodation and I am totally confused what this thing is ,One thing is for sure this is not a GP ,When I went to NHS website and looked for my nearest GP surgery's I found this Campus Medical Centre and I thought our University have it's own special GP surgery which is supposed to be affiliated with NHS for students only. But I am trying to contact this GP from September and I am still trying to figure out things when I go in Aragon Court I saw from back that there's this GP but when I go at front door it's always locked when I try to ring bell no one answers I tried to call on phone number of this GP everytime I call no one accepts call ,One thing is for sure it's not a GP or Medical Centre of any sort . Honestly, I or none of my friends have Idea that what this thing really is , Including Student Union also
