GPs are patronising and unfair, having a meeting about me which I bet happened on Tuesday 4th June. Lost trust not sure what to do going forward, I feel so distressed and like I no longer belong in Bexley Borough. It's too affluent and posh for me and the way the GPs don't care to truly help with one thing because of their lack of competent judgement because I don't have serious crippling illnesses proves that. Very disappointed.
Also, they received a letter from the mental health hub and took over 20 days to get an answer, they were meant to contact me but never did their excuse was "didn't realise a medication change was on there" and claimed they didn't know they had to contact me how on earth can you make a mistake like that?
The receptionists are always good with me though, they try their best with me and I'm not easy. I appreciate their efforts to get my pronouns right. At least they're quite decent.

We have been with this surgery for years, the GP's they have are excellent - we always find a caring and interested response to understand what is wrong and help remedy, as well as ruling out anything worrying. Any referrals we require are arranged incredibly promptly. Booking system can be a pain but we are always seen when needed.

Absolutely shambolic. No care, no respect, no accountability for mistakes.
Received two confirmation texts for my appointment, only to find the surgery closed for training upon arrival. Left waiting outside until an employee arrived and offered to inquire inside.
Shocked to then receive a text changing my appointment to 3pm, contradicting previous confirmations. Despite their suggestion of 2:30pm, I had no opportunity to confirm or respond.
Disappointed by the lack of direct apology or explanation in person. Mistakes happen, but this level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the time off work and personal stress invested in this appointment.

Rude & disrespectful. Had an appointment and they didn’t even bother to tell me that it was a staff training day. After waiting around outside knocking for ages (everyone ignoring).. by this time there was a group of people all annoyed and upset and finally someone came out and said they would speak to someone inside and they didn’t even return. At least have the decency to apologise and let your patients know when something is cancelled.

Absolutely useless. Never can get an appointment, have to call on the day and wait in a queue and then never get an appointment that suits you if you are a working person. Cannot book for the next day, have to call AGAIN on the day or fill out a form that is always booked up for the day.... Lets hope I am not dying before getting an appointment. Receptionists think they are the Doctors and are so bloody rude.

Followed the surgeries policy to give 5 working days for a repeat prescription. Requested it 5 days before my medication runs out only to be told I cannot have my medication as I have requested it too soon. This has made me feel stressed and worried that I will not receive my medication before my current batch runs out. I don’t understand why a doctors surgery would like to cause stress to unwell patients who have followed EXACTLY what their website says to do.

I have had to use the surgery on a number of occasions, (although not a regular visitor by any means), and have been seen by different doctors each time. They have all been sympathetic, knowledgeable and approachable, and despite the pressures GPs and their staff are clearly under at present, my family and I have always managed to get a timely appointment and a great service. Woodlands is by far the best surgery in the area and so far I have no reason to fault them and the care they provide to their patients.
