Very prompt and reliable. Stuck to timetable and was promised a deadline and Mark and the team stuck to it even with rain delays.

Massive thanks to Mark and his team for making our dream come true! We couldn’t be happier with our pool and the Empire pools team made everything stress free from start to finish. Mark promised we’d have our pool in 8 weeks he over delivered and had it done in 5 weeks! I’ve been in construction for over 20yrs and can honestly say the quality of our pool is second to none. Big thanks to all the tradesmen Mark used on our build from steel fixers, plumbers, concretors, tilers to the pebblecreters, not only great tradesmen but great blokes! If you’re thinking of building a pool I highly recommend Mark and his team🙏
Mark (owner) installed my pool in 2007. I thought I would not be able to contact him after this time, but I was pleasantly surprised. It says alot that Mark is still in business and I have had nothing go wrong with my pool since installation. My contact was to replace a LED light globe and Mark went out of his way to try and source an original, unfortunately that company has gone out of business so I have had to procure a retro fit light upon his advice. If you are reading this and are considering a pool installation then you definitely need to contact Mark.
Empire Pools did a great job..we are now completed and ready for a fun summer enjoying our new pool. Thank you to Mark... he really goes out of his way to make sure all is well..completed on time and that we understood each step of the way...He has a great Knowledge and many years experience in the pool building trade with an experienced team to complete the mission. We are water front, on a lake and he made sure we complied with council and that the costing was accurate before the build. great peace of mind.

What truly sets Mark apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. Aside from building my pool, he noticed I was having problems with plumbing. Without hesitation, he offered to use his excavating team to fix a major stormwater issue I had due to a huge fig tree damaging underground pipes. This issue was unrelated to the pool build, yet Mark still took the initiative to help. He also recommended a plumber to assist with running new stormwater pipes and excavating my entire backyard.
The project only took about 8 weeks, and Mark was there every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, the experience, and the journey. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional pool installer, look no further than Mark and his team at Empire Pools.
