Rang to see what products they have to treat stains on tiles in pool reply was can’t help me & perhaps go to a tile shop. My suggestion for a company to be successful is train your staff in the field you operate in. The girl obviously doesn’t know any better but no excuse for the company owner. Disappointing indeed

Keep your hours the same on a Saturday. What does it matter that it's Winter. I turned up at 8;40AM expecting the store to be open like it has been for the last 20 years that I've been frequenting the store. Only to find a very small sign next to the hours of operation sign declaring Winter hours for July and August.
You have me email and mobile number for advices on pool testing reminders. How about an SMS or email about the change in open hours on a Saturday!!!!
Very poor form.

Staff are always helpful

Donemans stuff are amazing. They have helped with our pool every time we struggle. I can’t fault them in custom service at all. Highly recommend this business for any type of pool you have. Thank you team for being awesome.

Have been going to this pool shop for ten years with nothing but great things to say about Liam and all staff members, until I walked in this week with a slight issue only to be told by the rude lady behind the counter,
Nothing I can do to help you we are new owners now 😲
I was actually shocked as I have always received great service here beyond, this rude lady didn’t even want to look at my problem as it wasn’t hers so move on and that I will .

Very helpful when you go into shop. However, not good at keeping customers up-to-date or returning calls on same day with slow delivery of ordered items and planned installation. Have paid a significant deposit several weeks ago and am still waiting.

Awesome experience, got the part I was looking for, good price. Lovely staff that had the perfect answer to ever question I had. Would highly recommend to all my friends. Thanks heaps guys!
