Norco Urgent Care

I’ve gone to Norco urgent care three years ago when I was sick and I remember the experience being much more positive than my visit yesterday. The girls at work there are just so flipping rude. The doctor was nice, but the girls that work there are rude. I called back today 36 hours later to ask to talk to the doctor and they refuse to put anybody on the phone or even take my phone number. Just flat out rude people working here. I will never ever ever go to this place again and I would not recommend it for anyone for anything. Rude women working here.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The women at the front desk could not be more unprofessional. They were rude beyond belief. Talking amongst themselves and giggling. Things didn't get any better once called back. Unprofessional and rude. The lady who administered my boyfriends two injections for his excruciating sciatica pain was clearly irritated because he couldn't sit up. He asked if he could lay where he was at already and she responded with "I guess!" Then angrily tossed one of the two syringes by his side.
During his visit nobody explained the medication being administered in office or the prescription issued. I had to beg for information about the medication and never got a clear response.
I would not recommend this urgent care to anybody who likes to be treated with dignity and respect. Customer Service should be important in any healthcare facility.
After reading the reviews on here, it is clear that this office is aware of the problems and does nothing.

I went to this urgent care today because of an infected eyelid ...your PA tahnee Lilly is awesome!!! She went over and above to take care of me and she did....I immediately felt comfortable with her after waiting for two hours and 14 minutes.....I wasn't in the best of moods after waiting for so long.... but she immediately disarmed my frustration and I felt very comfortable with her...hopefully this post reaches the right person......you're extremely lucky to have her!!!!!

My experience at this clinic was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I arrived with several concerns, which I took the time to explain in detail to the nurses during our 10-minute conversation. Unfortunately, when the doctor entered, she was unexpectedly confrontational, and it quickly became clear that she had not been fully briefed by the nurses about my situation. Rather than taking the time to listen to me and better understand my needs, assumptions were made based on their interpretation of our earlier discussion and my demeanor. This lack of communication created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. In healthcare, I believe that respect, understanding, and quality care should always come first, but sadly, that was not the case here. I honestly just wanted to leave as soon as possible. At least they didn't charge me...

In all honesty if I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been debating leaving this review for a while because I was so shaken up by the experience, but I have never been to a more unprofessional and uncaring facility. I have a pretty Noticeable stutter and low volume when I speak, and I am sure that was apparent when I tried to check in For a Worker’s Comp. required exam. I was there a bit later admittedly, and was struggling with finding the information I needed to fill out my paperwork. The woman who helped me check in was a curvier (I’m sorry this is the only thing I remember, but I want to express that this woman was wonderful) woman Who was incredibly kind to me and helpful through the whole process that I was pretty unfamiliar with. I cannot thank her enough for helping me and being as patient with me as she was, but she is about to be only positive thing I have to say about my experience. Once my name was called and a nurse took me to the back Area it became very apparent how annoyed the staff were that I was there Close to closing time. I was spoken to very coldly By the nurse, and when the doctor arrived in my room, I could not have felt like a bigger Inconvenience for her. I was admittedly, already thrown off by This doctors, lightning, McQueen crocs And laid-back attitude, She asked me to tell her where the pain was and immediately began Roughly squeezing at my arm Putting direct pressure on the injured area Without at any point explaining to me what she was doing Before telling me, it was just a bruise And leaving the room to get the nurse. I was also x-rayed in that experience was whatever, But I can’t get over the fact that the doctor did not ask me anything Beyond where the pain was and never never asked me to Elaborate. The worst of all during my Experience while I had been left in the room to wait for the doctor I could hear the nurses and assistance sitting right outside of the room, making jokes about me And my speech impediment. I listened for about five minutes as this group of women made annoyed jokes about how I had the nerve to be there late AND take more of their time because I “didn’t know why I was there” Which was clearly them referencing how long it took me to get out my answers. I admit I was there late and I felt horrible at one point I even told the receptionist that I was so sorry for being such an inconvenience And while this wonderful receptionist helped me anyway hearing those women talk about me Just reaffirmed what I was already feeling. I have never left a doctors appointment feeling so unheard unseen And belittled. None of those women belong in the healthcare if this is how they openly speak with one another about people with speech impediments. I would also like to point out that at the time I was the only person still within the facility so they were without a doubt talking about me . I will never be back and the company I work for has been made aware of this And will no longer be Their workers to this location.

I normally like this urgent care. My son needed to get a physical done for sports so I went to this location. The woman who called us in didn’t even say hi, she had an attitude from the beginning. It was a round, dark lady with light blue crocs. I did not catch her name. Obviously, you chose healthcare as your profession? You need to learn to talk to patients and be a little compassionate and considerate. Maybe she was having a bad day? Not my fault or problem. Not a fan of this employee. She needs to take a course on patient care! Everyone else from the receptionist to the PA who saw my son was was incredible and they made the experience great. Minus the bruja.

Excellent clinic. All doctors and staff are outstanding. Dr Anthony is truly magnificent and he has such big heart . He does listen and ask the right questions to help healing any condition. He treated me three times for different issues and each time he was above and beyond. God bless and highly recommended.
