Dr Chen is a great compassionate doctor who listens HOWEVER the front desk receptionist is very rude and doesn’t know how to provide customer service. She doesn’t know how to communicate clearly with patients and gets upset when you keep asking for clarification. It’s the lady with long black hair and long nails I don’t know her name. From the minute you walk in you could tell her bad attitude let alone ask her questions. If I kept asking questions was because she wasn’t clear in the first place. She yelled at me when I kept asking questions because she wasn’t clear. She needs to learn to communicate better and learn some customer service. Worst customer service ever

This place is a joke, the customer service is awful they have no skills when it comes to helping people and give you attitude 🤨. First I called to make an appointment and I was put on hold for 15 minutes then the scheduling person his name was Glen was rood & when I was trying to inform him about my authorization papers he wouldn’t listen to me so I told him that he needed to stop talking and let me speak he hung up on me 😡. When I finally spoke to someone other than that individual to make an appointment I called early June and they scheduled me almost 4 months later late late September. In the meantime I’m in a lot of pain. Finally the day comes and Dr. Chen doesn’t give me the time of day he was very brief and short gave me a RX for pain and set an epidural to be done 🙄 he didn’t examine me or asked me much my consultation was literally 5 minutes. This is ridiculous he is not sympathetic or have any bed manners for his patience’s which that’s another horrible experience. Therefore I will no longer be going with him anymore I had enough so my advice to you DO NOT GO WITH THEM they are rood, none sympathetic and have no customer service ethics.

Do not waste your time with this nonsense. The doctor performed the procedure in the wrong place and when I questioned him before he performed the procedure he asked me what the MRI said. Am I supposed to know? I gave him access to the files so he should have checked it before he did the procedure. Then I was given pain medication that didn’t work left 4 messages to let them know what was going on and no one bothered to get back to me. I made an appointment at the time of the procedure for follow up and they made it a phone appointment. Then the appointment wasn’t even with the doctor I that performed the procedure and they insisted that I pay before they would talk to me. The doctor on the phone appointment, whom I didn’t know, gave me attitude and kept telling me that my concerns were irrelevant to the situation until I paid. Between in insurance company and myself, they were paid nearly 1k and nothing has been resolved. No compassion, they don’t care about you or helping your pain so please avoid this place. No one wants constant attitude while seeking help for pain management. I currently made an appointment with a doctor at HOAG hospital as they will most likely be more professional. AND Now they are reporting that I broke my contract with them by going to another doctor for pain medication when as far as I am concerned, they breeched their own contract when they chose not to communicate and get back to the 4 messages that I left letting them know that the pain meds that Pain Management gave to me were not working. My procedure was in early March and my PHONE appointment was not until April 1, so was I supposed to be in pain that long just because they couldn’t take the time to communicate with me?? Of course I then called my Primary Doctor who, thank God helped me out. So I broke your contract??? NO, you breeched the contract yet I am still getting an attitude. Unbelievable!!!

I made a appointment 3 months ago at the Corona office. My appointment is tomorrow so I get a tex my appointment is in Menifee. I called to speak to someone. They said someone had called and spoke to me to say Dr. Is going on a vacation . So they are sending me to Menifee instead of Corona. That was never true. Then she had a attitude talking to me like it was my fault. Very unprofessional!

Zero direct example of how the medical board is failing the people. Where to start the front desk the most undereducated people have the biggest attitudes . People come here in pain or for pain sense it takes months to get and appointment and when you get here they have and attitude like you want to be there in the first place. Nobody hurting wants to deal with bs . Secondly they are very judgmental and don’t practice what they preach my doctor makes comparisons between me and him and what to do in order to get back in shape and I am exceedingly more Athletic then he is and about 4ft taller than him smh 🤦🏽♂️ this place is a joke

What kind of B.S. phone system does this office use? I was actively talking to someone trying to set an appointment and the phone system just disconnected me mid-call right at 4:30pm on the nose, then it's impossible to call back as any entry is an "invalid entry" because they "are now closed". If i wasn't forced to go here by my PCP's referral I'd probably just take my business elsewhere.
