My experience here is wonderful I use to live here in 2014-2015 then left and came back because I felt comfortable with living here and the area is close to everything I need.

This place is the worst to live in U pay rent on time something gets damage you call emergency they never pick up you leave a letter in office with evidence they never call to let you know when they come you go in person they say they coming a date and time you wait still nothing they never fix anything at all not to mention lady in office is so rude talk bad to you and nasty she is never in office for anything you call her and goes to voice mail when my least is over im moving out wont recommed this place runnnnn as fast as you dont bother come here i put one star but it is minus one star
The facility is old, don't have cooling system and not even allowed to setup more than one AC in your unit. Not even safe coz you can see pupil drinking and smoking till late night around buildings . Once we had fire alarm on , they turned it off after 5 hours only when called more than hundred times.

Today forget my key in my apartment call the person who is responsible for not answering emergency first try after so I finally answered and told me I will get but I spend an hour and never came.
The came the manager of the apartment and changed me $20.00 cash for leaving open the apartment door that lady gets the money because it calls for cash pay check I do not accept me told me you have pay cash.

Repairs were left undone for months, common areas not kept up, dirty and need painting, lights often out in hallways, plumbing was awful, they control heat and let you freeze for a month in the fall and the spring, had to shovel your own sidewalks, calls and notes for repairs would go unanswered for months, wouldn't even fix broken windows. I hear it used to be a nice place once, but has been steadily going down hill.
