I had a great experience buying a lounge chair from Johannah. She is generous with her time and was incredibly helpful in picking out the perfect chair and upholstery. You only need to walk into the store to see that she was great taste and an eye for design. Will definitely be coming back!!

I bought an Aeron chair from them in 2014 or 2015, and they were lovely to deal with. 6 years later (with 6 years of warranty remaining), the plastic cap of a seat bolt sheared off, and they were unable to coordinate service or order replacement parts (Herman Miller directs you to contact your vendor for warranty service, and other vendors won't help you). In fact, they stopped replying to my emails. Eventually I decided to order a replacement chair for my office and fix the old one to use elsewhere; they suddenly became responsive and pleasant, even giving me a loaner chair until the new one arrived. They still haven't replied about the warranty service. I'm pretty sure that I'll wind up having to order the piece from a shady internet site.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair from Quasi Modo’s website. The staff helped me pick out the specs I wanted over the phone, and had knowledgable suggestions. I wish more stores were like this one. I would recommend Quasi Modo !
