Great group of people working here. Great advocates for MN farmers.
You never know how good your policy is until u have to use it. Well we totaled our car and they lowballed the worth and were deducting for dirty carpets and probably pet hair in the back seat. I really do not understand why we have to pay a membership fee every year after we already paid and have been paying for the policy every month after that.
Agent was friendly and accommodating but I was not informed that there was a yearly membership fee until after I had gotten my auto policy.
