My experience ram Miami River South was amazing. The leasing office was very attentive to all of my needs. They were very patient and kind especially Daneska, she helped me with the whole move. She was so sweet and kind and patient with me. I’m loving my new home and I suggest anybody who are looking to move here don’t think twice because they are really really nice and great people. I am super excited for my future here Especially that I’m new to Miami. She showed me all of the spots. I should travel to and it was amazing experience.

In recent weeks, my daughter and I have been engaged in the process of locating an apartment. Given that I work overseas, she was introduced to Daneska who provided exemplary customer service throughout the entire process. She responded to my communications and text messages even when she was off duty and continued to follow up until the process was complete. I had the honor of Daneska being my leasing agent. She went above and beyond with her kindness, gratitude and most importantly her patience with me. She convinced me into moving because out of every apartment I’ve visited in Miami i by far can say that she is the best one. Me and my mom absolutely adore her. Anybody that has the chance of working with her is seriously lucky. She made sure to call, email and keep us updated on our needs. I just got out of the leasing office where I was assisted by Jennifer. The relif, she was able to assist me renew my contract give me access to the building doors. Instructed me and walked me through the whole process. Honestly the level of professionalism in the leasing office it’s elevated thanks to management.
