SUP Bristol

We had an amazing time paddleboarding with SUP Paddle in July, on the Avon for 1.5 hours. It was the first time for most of us, and we absolutely loved it! Amber was fantastic – she explained everything really well and was super friendly and cheerful. At the end, we played games and challenges, and had such a great laugh. A big thank you to Amber for her positive energy! I’ll definitely be coming back for more paddleboarding with them!

The route on the canal and the river is wonderful. It is a sporty outing in a calm environment!

Tim facilitated an amazing private SUP tour of Bristol Harbor for me and my friend. The whole booking process was a breeze and on the day itself the faculties were great. Tim was a wonderful guide, freely giving me technical tips to improve my technique even though it wasn’t officially a lesson. I appreciated the added value and I so enjoyed the entire session. If I lived in Bristol I think I’d be down here paddling every week. It’s such a chill, calming activity - Everyone should try paddle boarding with SUP Bristol!!!

We had family public paddle boarding session last week. Had fantastic afternoon. We love it. Our instructor Jake was excellent and the other lady instructor was also very friendly and she made some very good action free photos for us.
On arrival , at the car park, we met another lady instructor who was very friendly and helped us find toilet and explained where we needed to go.

Paddle boarding = wibbly wobbly fun.

Went paddle boarding with the family as a birthday present and we were all absolute beginners. Our instructor, Lexy, was very experienced, calm and reassuring while a bunch of noobs floundered around, but under her expert guidance we increased our confidence and were soon standing up and practicing.

Though a little nervous at first, we really started to enjoy it and how time flew. Personally, I was a bit wary of plunging into the frigid waters of the docks, but need not have worried as the temperature was almost lukewarm (in mitigation, this was written on the last day of July, following a bout of sunshine and hot weather).

I'd highly recommend this as and we all ended the session beaming.

Loved it. I have paddled before somewhere else and was thinking of buying one. Our instructor Alice was great, friendly, and always making sure everyone was OK. We had a few 'challenges' to get us to try to build confidance on the board. She also took some photos that we could download free after.
Alice was also helpful with advice on what to look for when buying a board.
Definitely going again, and currently looking for a board.

Enjoyed an evening on the paddle board taster session with Josh. Really good night, and managed to avoid falling in! Great instructions and felt safe throughout, had a couple of hours on the water by the time we got back to the landing. Loved that Josh took photos and posted them on the website for us to view.
