If you in Miami you definitely need to try one of their boat tours! Best way to see Miami's Skyline:)
The Tour and Staff was good except for the guy in the booth where you check in because he had a very rude actitud and was not friendly or explained correctly where you are going to board the boat. Probably i do not wish to do this Island Queen Tour Again

We did the sunset cruise and it was one of favourite experiences during our vacation. Super affordable, friendly staff, and amazing views. I would highly recommend it. The check-in counter is all the way towards the back and to the left of the dock behind Victoria’s Secret store. I would recommend coming 45 mins before you set sail. And even if you purchase the ticket online you have to check-in person at the counter. Otherwise they will not let you enter the boat.
A great time out on the water despite the sweltering heat and uncomfortable chairs. Still deserves 5 stars, but mostly glad we rode on the slow double decker with shade and partial A/C instead of the low profile speed boat with no shade.
What a awesome experience and the tour guid ( pirate) did aweosme job. Seen a lot of celebrity homes and the tour guid spoke both Spanish and English. A must see if in Miami. Also there’s a bar on board for snacks and drinks.
We took the sunset cruise on a Friday evening. I was expecting a peaceful time but it turned out to be loud music and commentary by the guide. The duration of the cruise was less than 1:15 hrs which is much lesser than the promised duration. I would not recommend this cruise.
