Huge family room for 5 pax. Near to the town center and the ferry jetty. Less than 10min walking distance.
I booked through agoda.
In the app, they didn't mention the room is w/o window.
However, i did put my remarks, i want a room with a front view-which means the window facing the front road of the hotel.
When i reached there, the hotel did not reserve for me.. how unfortunate and I got a room w/o window.
Moreover, the room is totally different from the photo in the agoda, small.. bed are about 2ft from the door and 2ft +- from the wall. they should put an actual photo..
Anyway, cleanliness is 👍
I rode my bike to penang & i can park my bike in front of the lobby, more secure.
You'll be having trouble if you get there by car. Difficult to find a parking space..
The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance to a nearby interesting place.
The front staff is friendly 👍

These are one of the hotels that is truly a bang for your buck. Budget friendly but the rooms were very well serviced and high quality.
We came together as a family from out of state and weren’t that familiar with the roads in Penang, so we were actually late for check out. The people graciously extended our check out time to give us time to move our stuff out. Highly recommend!
