Editing this review as I had a terrible experience. Their COVID protocols need work. I didn’t receive the best care. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Dr Ebright is a great doctor and the Nurse practitioners are awesome and helpful
Everyone here really follows through to make sure I get all my test results and understand them

Dr. Ebright is very patient and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. The staff is friendly and helpful and it's easy to get and appointment. I would highly recommend this practice.

My mom has experienced wonderful, professional care from Dr. Ebright every time she goes. The staff is friendly and courteous and she is seen within 5 minutes every time she goes. Highly recommend!

Since I’ve been coming here, everyone has been super helpful. During my first visit they taught me how to change the doctor on my insurance card, so I wouldn’t get charged for using a doctor not on my card.
Also Dr. Ryan is very friendly and listens! He has sent me for blood tests every time I have a concern and has given me good recommendations for my medical treatment.

Would give 0 stars. Called with a few questions as a potential new patient. The receptionist was awful from the start. Being a receptionist myself, I know that is no way to talk to a client. They also want to charge and arm and leg for new patient exam without insurance. The woman made me feel almost embarrassed for not having insurance. I wouldn’t care if this place had the best doctors in the world, I would never schedule to be seen here because of the lady up front. They need to do something about it if they want any business. Not even sure how rude people like that keep a job... terrible!!

Let me first start by saying my family and I have been patients of Chapel View for over 20 years. We have always recieved good care from the providers. That being said their financial policies are laughable. I am a Practice Administrator with many years of billing experience. I know what is cost efficient to a practice and what is not. I understand why you need a credit card on file policy in today's world. However, I don't understand why you send people to collections for $3.00. Yes $3.00! You have now spent money on stamps, envelopes, paper, ink, and staff to send these statements. That alone ate up the payment of $3.00. Then you send to a collection agency that charges a percentage of collection. Business 101 people don't spend more than your profit. Not to mention spending staff time to make calls which has been proven to be completely ineffective in this industry and money sucking to the business. Staff could be doing recalls instead, bringing in more visits. I have rambled on forever but if they want to stay a viable practice they need a new Administrator.
