Zero Stars:
Was sent by YRMC urgent care to this location, as I was not registered with a PCP in Yuma area.
Got in to have X-rays taken relatively quickly. However- the nurses and doctor on duty were terrible!

The doctor came in and asked me "What the problem was?"- in a snide- I really don't care about my job here or you- tone.

My response back was-
"You viewed my X-rays- You tell me?"
He replied- "Nothings broken- So what's the problem?"
-- Very unprofessional--

The nurse came in after his derogatory opinion, with an ace bandage and attempted to wrap my foot up while my sock was still on my foot.
I requested she give it to me- and I would administer it when I got home.

Worst treatment facility I have ever been too.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Took our daughter to this location Saturday July 29, and the administrative office (including a phone call to their supervisors) were unable/unwilling to confirm our insurance. We are Tricare and have our insurance cards present. My husband even pulled our information from the Tricare website.

They refused to care for her without UPFRONT payment for services. (Not bill us, not bill insurance, but not see her without being paid before being seen.)

We’ve never had a lapse in coverage, and used every single available identifier. We recently moved regions, but that doesn’t indicate a lack of coverage. I called the facility afterwards and they still haven’t been able to explain what they were using to look us up. I still can’t believe my toddler was refused medical care because they couldn’t confirm coverage and asked them if we needed to go the emergency room instead.

Horrible experience! I’ve been going here since I was 6 years old, today by far was the last straw. I went in at about 12:30 10/24 and was sitting in the waiting room for 2 whole hours. Meanwhile there was only 3 people in total in the lobby. Firstly there was people being seen out of order. And when they appeared to have got a full lobby my name was called and I was told I’m being referred to the emergency room due to my symptoms relating to meningitis. Reminder, urgent care never ONCE took my vitals or had a conversation on my health. All I did was check in. Even the emergency room thought this was ridiculous. Never again will I return here.
UPDATE: Spent another 6 hours at YRMC to simply get told that I have a cold. And that it would be another HOUR to get a doctors note from the ER. I’m not as upset with YRMC as I am with urgent care. Couldn’t even take my vitals or have a conversation to diagnose a cold. I really feel that they just dismissed me. If it were really concerning to them; why let me WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM 2 HOURS before advising me to go to the emergency room? Ridiculous.

We walked in Friday morning and waited for one hour but it worth it. Doctor Maria checked up our autistic 5 year old child very patiently and tried not to make this experience as trauma so our child can come again whenever child needs. We really appreciate her and all the stuff. Thank you 🙏❤️
