What a poor service, they should clearly mention that they don't accept walk-in patients. I went there without appointment around 11am and the lady on counter sent me home saying I'll call you after 1:30 hrs but she contacted me after 4:30 pm. (after 5 hours). Even though in hospitals emergency department doesn't take that much time.
Worth Experience with them every time we go visit them. Walk in it takes 4 hrs and now we waited 2 weeks to get appointment with them and then again had to wait more than 1 hr to get our turn. Will consider visiting them again.
Dr. Peter jones is a terrible doctor. He will not respond in any timely manner. If you have an emergency he doesn't care and will only respond on his time. Better not call if you have an emergency.
Terrible, just absolutely terrible doctor. Treats patients like garbage, very condescending and being a trusted professional, you would think you can be open to ask questions about your health. Absolutely not...
D-r Peter Jones was our family doctor for 5 years. When I asked for how to resolve my problems he was telling me to take tylanol, or I had fatigue, when Covid started, for same problem he told me that I have Covid fatigue. Told me, that my English not enough to understand, when I asked to explain some medical words.
We booked an appointment but then also we had to wait for 1.5hr outside in the car as they said u will be called soon once the room is available. Then after we got our turn, doc was in rush n he didn’t even discussed the blood reports properly and said I am running late.

Worst experience extremely filthy place with dirt and bugs every where no cleaning broken floor. Unethical practices.
