Awesome clinic, front desk will always accommodate sick visit on the same day. The clinic is beautiful, and kids love the animal theme. The nurses are kind and patient with the kids, and the doctor took his time and clearly explained everything to us.
I came for a walk in visit after the clinic had just closed. Dr. Satchi actually had his coat on and was about to leave, but instead of turning us away, he told the receptionist to put us in a room immediately. Dr. Satchi and his staff always go the extra mile for their patients. A+++
The best pediatrician, Dr. Satchi. He is very patient, kind and explains everything so well to parents and the children.
He takes his time to listen to the patients needs.
My 3 kids love Dr. Satchi. We consider ourselves very lucky to be attending this clinic and have Dr. Satchi as our doctor.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
The receptionists are super helpful, always answering the phone, very kind as well and always very, very helpful in every situation.
The clinic is well decorated with cute animals which the kids love and has a positive impact. Happy mood. 😊
Very clean as well. I love the fact that the staff is very smily and kind.
Dr Satchi is an incredibly caring and dedicated doctor. I had an issue with my son on Friday, and Dr. Satchi kept in touch with me all weekend. When was the last time a doctor called you on a Saturday night with lab results?! I could not ask for more, the quality and compassionate care we received is rarely seen in our healthcare system anymore.
Great staff and always there for the need. Thank you so much for your great work from the nurse to the doctor always there for us.
I called for emergency same day explain my baby health issue I got appointment right away! Amazing thanks a lot
Great clinic, registered online for same day urgent care visit and we were in and out within an hour. Clinic was pretty busy, but Dr. Satchi took his time during the visit and did a thorough exam. Didn't run out of the room after 2 mins like most walk-ins. Receptionist was also very helpful when we inquired about transferring our kids over from our current family doctor. Would highly recommend this clinic!
We love Dr. Satchi, he is thorough and our kids love him! He calls after appointments to ensure the kids are doing better/responding to medication
Great clinic! The place is clean and people are friendly. The receptionist was very professional. The doctor was nice and accommodating. I felt comfortable asking all my questions.
Waiting time is so reasonable if you had appointment. The clinic is clean and staff very friendly. The doctor is very patient and easy to communicate
Very bad experience here. The receptionist sitting on the front desk with a mole on face first called to discuss about the results and when I reached around 4:00pm she said u are not allowed.Clinic timing are till 6:00pm but she denied to take me in.I requested her that it is an emergency and I can wait here till the doctor see all patients and let me talk with the doctor for 5 mins after once the doctor done with all patients but she denied my request.
In simple she didn’t consider the emergency of my results.
Complete waste of time. They kept a retired Doctor who is afraid of seeing patients. I’m really concerned if doctor don’t want to see patients then why you have open the clinic? Just for the billing purpose? This was the my first and last visit to this clinic. Will not recommend to anyone.
My wife had pneumonia and the old doctor couldn’t diagnose anything and told her that she is fine and visit again after few days.Such doctors can be a life threatening to critical patients.
Can't speak highly enough of Logan as a physio. Very detailed to my specific issue and very clear with recommendations and post physio support. All the staff within the Rehab team are excellent.
I chose this clinic because they had great reviews and I have been their patient for almost 5 years. The doctor, nurse and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to other people :)
I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.
I want to Thank the staff and doctor. Beautiful clinic with a wide array of resources. It was quite busy around 3pm, try to book your appointment in advance prior to 3pm. It was about 30 min wait time but some people waited shorter and longer. The doctor actively listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and helped me to continue with my health journey. Thank you again to the whole team.
Just left there. Do not go here. The receptionist is extremely rude and yelled at me because I did not know the walk in hours are from 1-7pm.

Our conversation went:

Me: hi how are you?
Her: *blank stare*
Me: oh well I was hoping to be seen by-
Her: who is your family doctor
Me: Dr. Gupta
Her: Dr. Goudda? At THIS office?
Me: No, is this a walk in clinic?
Her: yes
Me: okay well I was hoping to be seen by a doc-
Her: OUR HOURS ARE FROM 1-7PM
Me: oh okay so I can’t be seen right now?
Her: no it is for our regular clinic right now

Like zero kindness and unmasked. You work in healthcare. You’re supposed to CARE about people.
The HealthOne Centre is the perfect one stop shop for absolutely anything health and medical related. Went to the pharmacy for prescription drugs. Pharmacist Roman was amazing. Customer care is paramount and he did everything to aid in attaining the correct and needed prescription drugs, with great attention to detail. Thank you immensely.
I have been to the aesthetics clinic twice now. Received filler and Botox the first time and had a BBL and HALO treatment the second.
AMAZING results! The staff are truly professional and competent.
Such a pleasure, I highly recommend this clinic.
I will continue to make the drive to receive this outstanding care!
Very happy with my experience in this clinic. There’s little to no wait time for walk in appointments. Dr. Ng is great, I have seen him for different problems over the past few months and he is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and explains everything perfectly. After all these visits, I’ve been more than happy with all my appointments and experiences in this walk in clinic. The pharmacists here are also very helpful and thorough.
My experience at HealthOne is always really smooth! The service and the staff here are amazing. Dr.Jitesh and Lorselle were super attentive and professional. Highly recommend.
Salomi from the rehab is great!! She is so helpful in booking the appointment, picking the fabric of my compression socks, dealing with the insurance. Thanks to her, I got my socks today! The whole rehab team is friendly and warm.
Always amazing service here. They got me an appointment right away to check my wrist for carpal tunnel pain. I was able to see a Dr, then get fitted and assessed for a brace with the physiotherapist and my brace was ordered and delivered all within 24hrs. SPECTACULAR! One thing to note is their online booking system never works, but I have no trouble calling to book :)
They don't take online appointment. They use to call patients in person and ask them to wait with patient for 3 hours. Would be simple to take appointments on call and patient can visit before their appointment to see doctor.

I visit with my 6 months infant and it was really bad as she was not well and had fever which made the situation worse while sitting and waiting.
Please don't go to this clinic. I went there for ear infection and he prescribed antibiotics in 10 seconds and he said take your prescription from front desk. I was waiting for and then he clled me again and said no I am not giving you antibiotics and said go to hospital emergency ward. Nothing explained.
I never see this kind of crazy doctor.
Good luck thank you
OMG went today to the walk in clinic and the welcoming was amazing from the front desk, seeing a doctor was fast and Dr Jia Lin He is the best doctor, he listen and help. Thank you again!
I was bit hesitant after reading all these reviews. I had to visit this clinic on urgent basis on sunday. I wanted to give 5 stars but i took one star just because of waiting time. Its too long but our experience with Dr. Sial was very nice. He diagnosed my daughter's symptoms and prescribed correct medicines. Highly recommended service with Dr. Sial.

There is lady named Christina. She is amazing, soft spoken and friendly. I am taking my B12 injections from her. These five stars are for Christina. Thanks Christi.
Best walk in Clinique in Brampton hands down. Went in for a check up due to a possible viral infection and was seen by the doctors within minutes. Front line staff was very respectful towards myself and I was able to get a clear and informative information from the doctor. The pharmacy is incredible, I was able to fill my prescriptions within 10 minutes and have a detailed talk on how to use all medications. 5 stars
I’ve been going here for a few years. Always gf a decent experience. During covid they took phone appointments . Before and after in person. It’s always been professional. Today saw Dr Zia Sial. I had a cold. He asked me about my symptoms. Was very thorough and did his due diligence. I appreciate doctors who take the time to ask the right questions. Am very pleased with the health care here. Thank you.
Doctor Ahmad Al-Abduljabar is very helpful, careful doctor. I went to him with my husband. He listened us very properly and also answers very well about our queries. We are highly satisfied with our visit. Thank you so much doctor.
Worst experience today at this clinic. No one follows rules and regulations. My both kids have high fever. Me , My husband with our 2 kids went there today at 9:55 Am and the opening time is 10am . The door was not opened yet. So my husband stood outside the door and waiting for someone to open the door. It was windy weather today, so cold, still he stood there for the sake of the kids so that they will be treated first. I am with my both kids inside the car. And of course there were none in the queue. My husband is the only one who stood outside the door. It should be first come first serve as usual at every place. But as soon as the door opened, my husband went in and go to the receptionist. A desi couple and a lady then entered the clinic. Desi couple told me that the lady came first. She was old lady so i agree to send her before me as a respect. But then the desi couple said we came first. How come they came first? There’s no one outside standing outside the door waiting for the door to be opened. This is ridiculous. Maybe they came first at the location and are waiting for the door to be opened BUT SITTING IN THE CAR DOES NOT MEANS THAT YOU ARE WAITING IN THE QUEUE. You have to come outside, stand and wait in the queue. The receptionist with the long hair, who opened the door for my husband should knew who is the first person coming in the clinic. She didn’t tell anything to that couple that it should be first come first serve basis. Its her responsibility. For example, you visit a service Ontario and its closed, then you sit and wait in your car for it to be opened. Then after sometime there is a lineup outside the service Ontario. Doors are open and you go in and tell them you came first. Will they accept you as first person???? No , never . No rules and regulations followed at this place.
Always had great experience at this location. Wait times is usually less than 10 mins as compared to my family doctor where normal wait time is 1 hour. Dr Semina Ahmed is amazing. She is very qualified and always understands the problem. The pharmacy guy is also very nice. Clean and neat location.
Dr. Satchi is extremely patient and thorough with his assessment. Takes the extra min to make the parents feel like they're not rushed, and address all concerns. We have not experienced this kind of service from a lot of doctors in Canada, which is why he is truly exceptional and amazing. Highly recommend him as a pedeatrician. Run (don't walk) to get registered with his clinic while they're still accepting new patients.
If I could give 0 stars, trust me, I would. I will never be coming back to this clinic. I’ve come here twice and seen different doctors. BOTH times neither of them gave me the time of day to hear me out with what was wrong. They shrugged me off and went to the next patient. I am a real person! Doctors are trained on bedside manner which you all highly lack!!!! You did not make me feel better you made me feel stupid.

Great service. I had got into a room immediately and within 15 mins I was out. The doctor was very informative and listened to all my symptoms. I would definitely recommend this place.
Avoid this clinic at all costs if you value your life. This establishment harbors dangerous practices, exemplifying the epitome of recklessness. To make matters worse, it's tainted by racism, staffed by impolite individuals, and employs doctors who seem to be bereft of training and empathy.

My ordeal began with a blatant lie from the receptionist, who callously declared, "This is not a walk-in clinic," despite their website clearly stating otherwise. Despite my high fever during their supposed business hours, I took their word and tried to alleviate my suffering with a mere Tylenol. The next day, my fever raged higher, and I reluctantly returned, left with no other options.

Two and a half excruciating hours later, as my body temperature soared, and my breaths grew shallower, I begged the receptionist to summon a doctor. Callously, she brushed me aside, insisting I wait my turn. Desperation forced me into the hallway, where I cried out for help. Instead, I encountered Dr. Falih, who callously dismissed my pleas, indifferent to my struggle for breath. Can you fathom someone in respiratory distress not screaming for their life?

Later, they absurdly labeled my ordeal as mere anxiety. I now write this with severe MALARIA INFECTION and critically low red blood cell count. Had I solely relied on these charlatans, I would not be here to share this cautionary tale. I implore you, steer clear of this clinic. I'm actively pursuing legal action to shut down this menace, and I urge others to do the same. Your life may depend on it
Worst clinic EVER

This is the first time I've experienced a clinic where doctor refuses to even see me, just because long back I have seen some other doctor, who I no longer have access to. This was communicated through a receptionist after waiting for one hour. Doctor never bother to ask me what's my issue and what I can do about it. Horrible. I do not recommend anybody going to this clinic with unsympathetic people. Such a shame.
Pathetic and terrible experience. The receptionist needs to learn basic manners of how to deal with the patients. Never going there again.

By far the best walk-in clinic I've been to. The maximum I waited there was for about 15 mins, most days there's no wait at all. I have seen almost all the doctors there, and Dr. Chahal and Dr. Syed are both amazing! They take their time to listen and explain, and are very caring and knowledgeable!
I visited this location on multiple occasions, and each experience has gotten a little worse. Staff are unwelcoming and curt. As for the doctors, experience is hit and miss, depending on who you are matched with. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the individual I had recently visited with, but they were rushing the appointment, and when I tried to ask for other follow up I was not given a proper explanation as to why I was being denied, and then rudely addressed by the doctor. Level of professionalism is very low again that is dependent on the staff that you are working with, but no high hopes.
Horrible staff worker
Secretary is very unclear with communicating with patients
Waste of time trying to get a walk in appointment and a basic check up

Dr Zial is is amazing. Very sympathetic. I wish he was a family doctor. I have seen other doctors there and amazing service. Receptionist is also friendly.
I have been here multiple times for urgent care when our paediatrician is unavailable, for my son who is disabled and most recently with my infant daughter. The doctors are quick and efficient and so far the diagnoses have been accurate. The pharmacy is in the same clinic as well which is a big help. The clinic is busy as expected from an urgent care clinic but the text system works well. You must register in person and receive a text 10 mins before your appointment, you may wait in the car for a shorter wait, however for a longer wait time you can choose to go home and return. One thing that can be done to further improve this text system is patients can text first and an average wait time for that day can be provided, they can then decide to come in person and register. Since it is a paediatric clinic this change would make a big difference to parents, for instance: if they know the wait time is long such as 2 hours they can come without the the child, quickly register, go home and then bring child when the Dr is ready to see them.
Being an HCP I appreciate the hardwork of the staff and doctors, and that a paediatric urgent care clinic like this exists in our area, because otherwise our only option would be ER.

This clinic was probably one of the best I’ve been to in Toronto, it was very quick to see the doctor - within 20 minutes. Speaking to the doctor was delightful, he was very educated, listened to all my symptoms, let me ask questions and provided me with actual tools to get better. I would come here over an other clinic in Brampton!
I was a little concerned coming here when I checked out the reviews on Google, but fortunately I had an amazing experience ! It was my first time coming to this clinic and the registration process was smooth and seamless, so much better than most walk-ins I have visited in the past. I only waited 10 minutes in the waiting room before the receptionist directed me to the doctors
office. The doctor that helped me out was efficient without making me feel rushed. Will 100% be coming back.

Note: I came here at around 3:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon and left the office at 4:11pm
Very reasonable wait time for a walk in clinic, and the appointment was very efficient. Nurse and doctor were both very personable and kind

My only suggestion would be to have some low music or something playing in the waiting room, silence was a bit deafening
The nursing staff needs better sensitivity training. I don’t know why a nurse thought an appropriate question to ask me was “how do you know you’re having diarrhea ?” When I was in Urgent Care.
I was also told the wrong medical information and dismissed. So thank YOU for that. I have no compassion for health care professionals anymore because they don’t seem to have any compassion for patients.
Speaking specifically to the nurse who gave me the wrong information:
Chronic diarrhea doesn’t mean going to the bathroom 12 times a day. It means having diarrhea for 2 weeks or more, and it’s advised you see a medical professional immediately.
With our newborn, finding Dr. Satchi and their new office was a blessing. Their expertise, care and support have made this journey much smoother. The new office is comfortable and welcoming, especially for the little ones, adding to the positive experience. A fantastic choice for pediatric care, especially for new parents.
Best walk in clinic in Brampton! Incredibly reasonable wait time, 10 minutes. Excellent receptionist and doctor. The doctor listened to my needs and didn’t rush me. Would highly recommend this walk in clinic to anyone looking for a good experience.
Wait is too long, dr. Is seeing the patients according to his choice. Receptionist told me that they put me according to sequence but dr. Seeing the patient according to himself which was too funny and ridiculous
Great healthcare service provider ! We have been to a few place, but this one beats all. Staff is great and we have always great care with attention to details from all doctors we've met there , especially being first time parent. We always recommend this clinic to all our friends and family.
Truly exceptional and remarkably attentive. Doctor Satchi's expertise is unparalleled, yet he maintains a warm and personal approach. He takes his time, listens to every question, and goes the extra mile. Our experiences with him while caring for our newborn have been consistently pleasant. The staff's remarkable competence and efficiency add to the positive experience.
The overall experience at this place deserves a 5 star rating right from front desk special mention goes to Mathusi for helping us scheduling appointments in a timely manner and making us feel welcomed to the place, the doctors here are very passionate and caring towards their patients, Dr.Satchi helped us identify the vaccination gaps for kids and gave us a detailed schedule of future vaccination requirements, he was very patient in answering all our questions. Overall best place to be!!
Awful staff. Rude. Was told at they were at capacity for the day lol at 2pm gotta love our “free” healthcare. Absolute joke. But the receptionist was still sitting there getting paid to tell people to go away.
Dr. Faustin is good but there’s a long wait time approx. 45mins or more even after booking appointment in advance.. staff will call your name in 10-15mins but they will keep you waiting inside the cabin for more than half an hour !!
Visited Dr. Chahal twice & I have to say he is the BEST doctor. He listens to his patients concerns & explains everything in detail.
Keep doing the great work Dr. Chahal.
I came in today because I had an accident last week where I bruised/possibly fractured some ribs. I'm stubborn so I just healed at home but the pain is getting worse again so I thought I would get a quick checkup to make sure I'm ok. They didn't ask where my pain was or what was wrong with me. They also said they couldn't see me because it had been a week since my accident. I don't understand why it matters if I'm feeling pain again now. I was told to go see my family dr but I know it could take a week to get an appointment... Overall I felt like they wanted to get rid of me. Not a great experience, very dissapointed. They wouldn't even do a basic checkup on me. Horrible, just horrible.
Went yesterday there first time, the ladies working at reception are very understanding and compassionate towards pthers. I booked online, but by mistake, I did it at dusk location. Receptionists were understanding and after my cancellation, they booked me with them right away. I didn’t had to wait much approximately. 30 mins.

The doctor I saw, I don’t know his name. He was brown, tall and had beard. He was very polite and knowledgble. He knew his job and does it great, I needed prescription for new blood work for iron n b12 , he made sure I know all the aspects about it, rather than blindly getting the tests done as per some other dr’s request.
Skincare Team - Madison and Shane are very helpful and determined to deliver great customer experience along with the rest of the team.

I strongly recommend HealthOne to anyone looking for services they provide.

From my recent appointment here I can confidently tell that services like glass facial and skin care products i purchased from here are of the best

Great service always but they might want to follow times advertised on google - might be a good idea for patients to call before WALKing-IN. Saw them send away few patients that walked in during business hours - saying we're closing early today.

Clinic closes at 8pm. I went with my 1 year old who had very high fever and strep throat. The receptionist was extremely rude and turned us away, saying the dr already took the last patient of the day. I requested her to check with the Dr if he would see my son, as he needed antibiotics right away, but the receptionist refused to speak to the Dr. She sent us to another clinic with long wait times. With a little sick baby on hand, it's hard to wait an hour. A little understanding would have gone a long way.
We are from out of province, we came to see the doctor for my son. The staff were so kind and helpful. The doc we seen was so friendly, knowledgeable and actually listened to our concerns. He was so good with our son and made him feel comfortable. Never met such a great doctor. Please consider moving to Winnipeg haha. So glad we came and we recommend this place to everyone in the Brampton area!
Visited the clinic for a simple TB test. I was informed that the TB test would cost $60. I questioned if last time it was $40 for work clearance TB, and then was informed that the prices have went up and I would have to pay,” $30 for this visit and $30 for the next visit”. The administrator was aware I had work documentation that needed to be filled as I provided the papers to her prior to receiving the TB test. On the day I returned for my follow-up visit to get my results they asked for me to pay $30 and I informed them that I would go to the ATM, and get the money. Another $30 was given prior to seeing the doctor. After seeing the doctor, I was asked to pay another $30.
I was confused as I was told I would pay $60. I was then told it is $30 for the TB test, $30 for the reading, and $30 for a signature. I was also told that physicians don’t pay for visits for assessments but I had to pay $30 for the physician to assess my arm. They told me these are the prices and it’s not within their control, and I said I understand that, and if the proper prices were articulated I could have gone somewhere else as other clinics charge $50 for everything. Also, I asked why they did not correct the total charge when I informed them I would go to the ATM to withdraw money as they only accept cash, but no explanation was received. I asked the administrator for her name, she stated she couldn’t disclose that information.

This experience was very disappointing as they were given two opportunities to clarify the total cost and yet I was misguided. I asked to speak to the physician, they said they are not responsible for the cost, it’s management. And when I was asked for managements number, they told me to look at their website, I had to ask twice for management information as they did not want to provide me with that info. They then provided me with an e-mail, which I sent a message to and received no response.

As a healthcare provider I understand that private clinics are owned by physicians and financial management is hired to help run their business. Knowing that the physician is responsible for the pricing because they ultimately own the whole facility, I did not push to speak with the physician on duty because I understand that they are extremely busy and money is not their primary concern.

For a clinic that charges a significant amount more than others they need to be clear on their costs and take responsibility when front staff misguides information. A healthcare facility needs to be mindful of empathetic and holistic care. I could tell by other patients waiting for their visits this is not conducted by front staff and your front staff will have a lot of control of how satisfied your patients will leave with your service. This is not a way to run a health care facility and it needs to be addressed.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, I suggest if patients are to visit this clinic be mindful of costs, and request for detailed costs through written documentation prior to receiving any tests because you will end up paying a lot more than other facilities. Fortunately, I did have the means to cover the cost, but I understand that many people have different circumstances and I wouldn’t want them to be placed in this situation.
With all due respect, the clinic doesn't feel like a medical center anymore. It feels more like a luxury lounge or wellness center. First, I don't find appointments at the time of the need (slots are usually booked for 2 weeks), and when I find one, those are canceled without any notice.

I just had a medical need. I have a very bad cough. I have been coughing my lungs out for the past 2 weeks. I booked the appointment and got the confirmation email as well 24 hours before my appointment 24. I was hoping to sleep better tonight, but when I visited the clinic, I was told that the doctor had to leave and there was no replacement doctor available. This has happened to me in the past as well. Please be a professional and help the person in need when he needs. If this is how your so-called clinic operates, I think I should look somewhere better where I can find real doctors.
I just don’t understand, they spend years and years on education and most of doctors write about why they want to be a doctor.. what’s the point of writing that they want to help community if you cannot even listen to your patient and help them. The doctor(Osama Hasan) I saw at benton clinic was very very rude. I told him specifically I have abdominal pain and other issues and want to get checked and he said what’s the point of getting ultrasound we have already done one in November. It’s been more than 6 months, A person might be eating really well, exercising, taking medication and want to see if it helps or not. Or there is any other reason too why I am experiencing horrible pain because I was having pain at back too. Worst experience ever. Why do you want to be a doctor, if you don’t want to help your patient.

I'm on ei sickness and to have my benefits extended I need an ei medical form completed. After having the form completed by the doctor after waiting a hour to see one (walk-in) the receptionist tells me I have to pay $40 dollars. I wasn't informed about the charge beforehand. I showed her my bank account that I only have $9 dollars and my rent is coming up which I won't make without the ei payments. She went back to speak with the doctor and he demanded payment and wouldn't release the completed document. This country is disgusting to treat the poor and disabled in such a manner. I mention to a representative of Service Canada after submitting a report from a licensed physiotherapist but unfortunately they would not accept it. She tried to help me as much as she could including speaking to her supervisor after I told her the doctor refused to give me the signed illness form because I didn't have the $40. Unfortunately, Canada makes rules that tie hands of the disabled which exposes their vulnerabilities and eventually homelessness. It is unfair to put so much power in the hands of doctors.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Satchi. He was thorough and warm in his approach. We never felt rushed, he put us at ease. He was truly attentive, caring and very competent. Dr. Satchi diagnosed our child in a timely manner, provided us with an appropriate treatment plan and even followed up with us! We are so grateful for his expertise and utmost care provided to our child.
Best experience at a doctor's office ever! The wait time was less than 5 minutes and when we saw Dr. Satchi, he didn't rush through the visit. He explained things thoroughly and actually took the time to listen to our concerns. My son was super comfortable being there too which I was pleasantly surprised with! Thank you Dr. Satchi :)
Dr. Solomon Faustin is a fantastic doctor. He gives enough time to listen to my concerns and takes time to explain everything to me. If there are any concerns, he takes them seriously and follows up. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding and a good listener. I am so grateful to have him as my family doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon to those looking for a family doctor.
Dr Satchi is amazing, he cares and he really takes his time to explain everything to us, he’s very through, my son had very severe allergies Dr. Satchi actually called me to follow up and see how my son was doing after starting his new medication”. Tyler is doing so much better, the meds he prescribed are working. He really listens to our concerns and follows through to specialists if need be. I’m so happy to have met Dr Satchi. Thank you
Today I visit this clinic and I am totally satisfied from all services as they treated me in a very polite way. I really appreciate to front staff and doctor Gopal.
Very pathetic experience, first have registered in February 23 for family doctor submit Mohan when new patient were being accepted, they told they will call back in march and since then no one called or informed about my application, I did followed up in march, April, may and they kept on false promises that they will soon call back and update but that never happened. When I called today they just mentioned dr sumit mohan is not accepting new patient and I did mention they would have clarified before accepting new application on top of that they are not really apologetic of what they did and believe they are just scamming people like this 👎
Very irresponsible staff!

I went for a blood check up and ended up with first-aids today as they were being irresponsible. Even for my husband they did the same as earlier, we kept quite though. they simply put the cannula in and take out for some reason. For me they did that 3 times and my hand was swollen and reddish at the end. Clinician- Swetha tried to take blood for the third time saying, I forgot to take one more tube full of blood, so need to put up the cannula again.
When I kindly requested to be responsible enough for the next time they said ‘’ it’s a human error and everybody does mistakes.’’
Also the clinician who was front in charge came and said that she could fill up another tube balancing with the taken blood samples. This way, Can not trust their shortcut methods and results too.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!

Very nice Dr. and staff, professional and friendly. I've been at many urgent care clinics before, and I found all of them chaotic, mismanaged, and unfriendly and rude staff, unlike this clinic. They treat all patients with due care, politeness, and professionalism. Please keep the quality of service same. Definitely Brampton's top urgent care clinic.
Thank you Dr and staff.

This is by far the best urgent care clinic in Brampton. The doctor is very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to prescribe medication. I took my son to another clinic and the doctor didn’t prescribe anything and said everything was fine. I then took him here for a second opinion. The doctor gave medication the helped right away and he gave great advice on how to improve symptoms at home. Very friendly, kind and welcoming staff.
I've been going to this clinic for years as a walk in. Staff is always nice and doctors take the time to explain things to you. Wait times are generally pretty reasonable but it can get busy like any other clinic. Pharmacist is great also.

It's very lucky to have Dr. Solomon as our family doctor. As new immigrants, we were a bit worried about language barriers, but Dr. Solomon has been amazing! He's super friendly and professional, and we never feel uncomfortable asking questions or talking about our concerns. We've been with him for almost two years now and couldn't be happier with the care we've received.
These people tried to send me to the ER because my child’s toenail was falling off. I consulted with a friend who is a family physician and he laughed and said I can treat that at home. Which I did. I wasn’t sure if she would need a tetanus so I wanted to bring her in.

This clinic was dismissive, they were quick to tell me this was “wound care” and to go to the ER, without even seeing a picture or ANYTHING. Whoever that “patient care coordinator” is needs to be fired. People like that are the reason the ER is so full.

My child drops her iPad on her feet often and this is the result, I wasn’t sure what to do and wanted guidance from a doctor, I wasn’t even offered a phone appointment.

If this is a reflection of your staffs education I’d be scared to visit a doctor here. Please take your child somewhere else where people who are educated and qualified can care for them.

For reference the only time you go to the ER for something like this is if it’s infected, bleeding and won’t stop, or very painful. Most toe nail related injuries can be treated at home.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Sumeet Mohan took my entire family and I as patients when we truly needed a good physician. He is a very knowledgable and compassionate doctor. Their administrative staff are also all so accommodating and pleasant.
Short wait time (20-25mins from walking in the door to speaking with the doctor) despite being a Saturday afternoon. They let us go outside and sent a text message telling us to return within 10 mins when it was our turn. The doctor seemed a bit rushed but understand he was trying to see other patients and he did answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall very happy with the visit.
We took our daughter here as our family doctor's office was closed on a holiday. My expectations were average but I was impressed with both the pediatrician that we saw (Dr. Tavares) and the overall experience. The receptionist took my phone number, advised me of the wait time, and allowed us to leave the premises and she texted us 10 minutes before our appt. It was about 1.5 hours all told before we were seen, which is what I expected.

Dr. Tavares was warm, informative, and very knowledgable. It felt like an efficient appointment but not rushed. Impressed overall with the experience.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1-star. Receptionist was rude and doctor was impatient and not knowledgeable at all. He didn’t even try to understand how my little one was previously vaccinated in US, and just kept on repeating “this is what we do in Ontario”. He was going to let me administer the oral vaccine for my 6-month old. And when I refused, he administered it in such an unprofessional way that caused my son to vomit! Instead of comforting the baby he turned and ask me “do you want me to continue or to stop”. For cry out loud who is the doctor here! It is so unfortunate that people, especially infants and children, have to seek medical care from such a incompetent bunch.
It was a really bad experience. Even for a walk-in clinic, they never answer any calls and then when you reach there they make you wait for 2-3 hrs every time, before calling you to the doctor's room. After that also you have to wait for at least 45mins before seeing the doctor. Totally disturb your schedule for the day. Go there only if you have nothing to do in life.
I took my 11 year old stepson here. The service was quick and professional. The doctor was super friendly with my son and really made him feel comfortable. He was thorough in his examination and explained the illness clearly.
I had a good experience here. The registration was smooth, waiting time was less than 20 minutes (although it varies each day). The doctor was amiable, patiently listened to our concerns and was thorough in checkup. I generally keep this as a backup option when my family doctor isn’t around, and they’ve never failed me.
Staff is very friendly and organized. The clinic is professional, clean and modern. Most importantly, the doctors are professional and reliable.

Really good clinic would highly recommend.
We have had to rely on this clinic many times. All of their staff do the best they can considering they’re the only paediatric urgent care around besides the hospital. Have patience with them and your visit won’t actually be negative. Follow what their rules and policies are and you won’t be confused, and lastly if you don’t know… ASK! It’s ridiculous seeing people leave negative reviews for long wait times or because they can’t get through on the phone. Be glad you have the option to wait in the comfort of your car and have them text you 10 minutes out. Be glad you don’t have to wait on hold and can text them during their business hours. And be glad that the doctors care and will actually want to follow up with you!! Thank you Dr. Mansour and thank you to your staff!
I’ve been to this clinic many times however today I went in because I needed a blood test to follow up on a medication I am taking. Family doctor was away and I booked the day off and waiting 2 hours which I’m fine with.
I had a mask on, but I did not “pinch” the bridge because I just had surgery and she was giving me attitude about this.

I saw Dr. HAWA KAMARA and she was the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered she denied me care, and said I don’t need to do tests unless she thinks I do and I should go see my family doctor as the walk in clinic is only if you need urgent care and that I am waiting her time and the governments money by coming to the walk in clinic.

I told her I would be reporting this to CPSO and she ended up giving me the lab req to confirm my liver enzymes are stable.

On the lab req she wrote that I need to pay and that I don’t have OHIP.

This doctor doesn’t want to diagnose patients and only wants to see people that have a broken leg or need urgent medical attention.
Fastest urgent care in Brampton, the front desk workers can be more polite and clear when speaking to clients, but other then that the doctors are thorough with examination and explanation. Then also check anything that you may have concerns about to best of their abilities. One doctor may not suit all. The pharmacy also attached to the clinic is also quick, and always giving great clear directions on how to use/handle the prescriptions.
Today was another bad experience with who ever the receptionist was at 6pm -Jan 17, 2023. First of all she was
making people wait out for a while. When it was our turn to go in, we were not greeted expect a loud shout as she was walking away to place our Health card on the desk. It was so unpleasant. I tried to tell her we there just to get the stitches out from a week ago. It was for my daughter. She just snapped back and continued to fill the form. When I told her the nurse last week said not to wait and to just walk in to get the stitches out, she did not bother to listen and replied in a rude manor thst ee should wait outside. I responded we are not waiting and walked out. This place needs to have a talk with her or get her better training when dealing with patients. As I was walking out I heard another patient waiting in line saying ' I hate this place'. Last week we had such a great reception from the other receptionist. They need to have her and not the one from that was there today.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour.
I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.
I brought my two young children to the clinic for an appointment that included some routine vaccinations. Erin, the nurse manager was responsible for our care for this visit and she was incredibly patient, and kind. She truly went above and beyond to ease my young daughter's anxiety and distress, by engaging both my daughter and her older brother in each other’s care (choosing bandaids, holding the cleaning swab packages). It was such a small thing, but it made them feel important and involved. The appointment was so efficiently handled, my husband and I are very grateful for the care our children received!!
Just had the most unpleasant, disappointed visit , I went to this clinic for few times, all the doctors and receptionist were extremely nice except for today , this 'so called manager' at reception was giving me hard time on getting last dose of vaccination and even yelled to me "GO WAIT IN THE HALL" when I'm trying to gave her my health card so she can see my records in this clinic. So after she confirmed with doctor that they can do injection for vaccination, she called me in and asked me to pick up my prescription BUT when i ask her if i should come back in or wait for her to call my name , she just stared at me like I'm not speaking English and when I came back, she asked me to wait in the room but i didn't hear the room number, when she repeated she nearly rolled her eyes on me. When I'm checking on Google review this is not her first time giving attitude to patient , and apparently no one from the clinic has said anything.
Great paediatric experiences here. Dr. Fox is very thorough and takes the time to answer and listen to all of your questions. She is reassuring and helpful when doing her assessments. Helps to offer parents peace of mind. Her students have been great so far too.

Parking is limited but you can generally snag a spot. The paediatric offices have cute wallpaper maps for kiddos. Always had appointments on time here.
Amazing service here . Would be best if u book an appointment.

LifeLabs has a new app where u can reserve ur spot .

Dr.alex lui is amazing , he is a panel physician for immigration. So anyone willing to come here and go through the process . It’s great .
Easy and straightforward. Plus al receptionists are knowledgeable and are friendly .🙂
