Good care from the doctors, nurses and staff. You feel safe and comforted. But the rooms and dark wit no sunlight and when the lights are on, they are too bright and can have you wince. Also have to mention how terrrrrrrrible the food was. The options, taste, presentation makes you feel more sick than you already are.
I found myself unwell on arrival in Dubai for a weeks holiday, and went to the Mediclinic with a serious infection. This was quickly diagnosed and treated promptly by Dr Bilal, and special thanks to Nurse Jacintha Mathias, who’s gentle and professional nature was very reassuring. The hospital is spotless, and the staff highly professional and attentive. Thank you so much for saving my holiday.
I had the best care when I did my procedure 😍special thanks to my doctors who made everything very smooth and to all the nurses and aids that made me feel comfortable also to Ms Joceline Lucas who made sure that I am calm and took care of me until my discharge… she made my admission more relaxed and entertaining.

I have several operations done before but there’s one staff that leaves a permanent spot in my heart. No words can express my gratitude and happiness to the nurse who took good care of me, held my hands as I was about to to go for operation. The genuine love and caring for a patient undeniably shows and will definitely be felt by her patients.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I get to consult Dr Mustafa Izzi regularly..The doctor is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. He is not only thorough in his examinations but also takes the time to explain everything in detail. Mrs Mira Cruz in particular always goes beyond expectations and makes the entire process seamless .

Mediclinic Welcare is an excellent hospital with experienced, supportive and caring doctors,nurses and staff. Dr Mahara, Dr Nicholas and Dr Alphy has treated my mother. Their exceptional diagnostic skills, combined with their compassionate and patient-centered approach, make them a true asset to the field of medicine and for Mediclinic Welcare Hospital. I am incredibly grateful for their accurate diagnosis and the care my mother received under their guidance. The nurses (Mrs. Prescilla, Mrs.Reena and Mrs.Sindhu) were very caring, Throughout my mother's stay, the nursing team went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. They consistently checked in on her, making sure she was comfortable, informed, and free of any concerns. Their prompt response to her needs and questions created a sense of security during a challenging time.

Very good in-patient care provided by the staff at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital. Highly recommend Dr Dima for children. My child was admitted with a severe cough, and he was handled very well by the staff and doctors. All my concerns were dealt well.
