I went to buy 2 mattresses but I wasn’t sure what kind. After a kick run down with Pietro, I picked two memory foam mattress. The quality is great and the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from this company, specifically the one in Longueuil, I bought a bedroom set from them in May 2021 the set I wanted wasn't available, they charged the money on my credit card and never put it back. I've been calling Pietro the sales person he never picked up my calls and his voice-mail is always full. Today, I called the store I spoke to a representative, he told me that he will not take my case.

It is bad service , late 7 month for delivery and then the owner tell me we are not responsible for the late and you sign the contract for the late , now he tell me after I paid 7 month the instalment that he can’t make the delivery and close the phone in my face , I am not satisfied at all and not recommended for anyone. Bad bad bad bad service.
I like to continue today the 16/11/2021 after 7 months, that at July 2021 we make agreement to cancel the order because is coming from China and will not come again so we make order from Canada manufacturing and it will take 4-6 weeks to deliver and that was 10 July exactly and also delivered at 12/November, after 4 month not 4 weeks, and for your Secertry when she told you that she has an other offer of employment that is to let you know that she can leave anytime your work, at the end our big mistake that we have to purchase from your store you like the Italian method that you get the money from the client and don’t give a good service , you very bad service ever met in Canada at all
