never sent my replacement debit card, was told it would be overnighted, never received tracking info, was told I would have to wait two days just to hear back regarding the issue. it has now been two weeks since I ordered a new card and I was just hung up on by a rep. never banking w you folks again I’m sorry.

Lafayette Credit Union has been a joy to bank with. I worked with Josue Willets at the Kensington Branch to open a business account and the amount of dedication Josue showed to opening our account was heartwarming. He felt like a part of the team! He and the rest of the team at Lafayette made the whole experience seamless and easy.

Ms Alda Allen, the Branch manager and another young lady (I cannot remember her name) all have shown me extraordinarily very good customer service. I have not experienced this type of service in a very long time. Cuddos to them for all they do. I definitely will tell family and friends of my experience with LFCU.

After initial difficulty reaching the Lafayette Credit Union and speaking to a call center representative, I was put in touch with Ms. Alda Allen, who was finally able to resolve my issues in a very friendly, professional and effective manner ! She followed through and up with me on every step of the procedures that had to be completed on my end and on hers until everything was resolved in a satisfactory way.
In the future, when dealing with the Lafayette Credit Union , I would prefer to deal directly and exclusively with Ms. Alda. As opposed to many employees ( particularly those in call centers), she knows her stuff and is able to provide answers and solutions to the customer’s questions and concerns.

Adanna at CHT is amazing, customer friendly and professional every business owner dream, she goes above and beyond the job, every member is greeted with a smile I have banking for 12 years at Lafayette and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I have visited the branch on Kenyon Street many times and the staff has always been friendly, courteous. knowledgeable and professional. Based on recommendations from the manager and other staff, I have been able to purchased a number of worth-while step CDs. To show how much I really appreciate the advice and curtesy of the staff, I have deposited a majority portion of my investments during the past couple of years in Lafayette at the Kenyon Street branch.

Today, and the previous three times I have been to the Lafayette Federal Credit Union, Kenyon Branch, I received amazing service. The staff were ready and willing to work with me until my issue was resolved. I felt important and not just a number. Thank you Xan, Alfred and your team! I recommend your services to all my family and friends! Keep doing what you’re doing.
