Misleading store name. Should be "Costs More".
Otherwise clean and tidy, fresh produce and friendly checkers and staff.

Staff at this store are supper friendly and ready to help you out. They have a good selection of all goodies and convenient place to do shopping.
Our favourite is their food section, where they fried one of the best chicken I ever tasted.
Highly recommend this place and their fried chicken .

They sell lotto tickets in their store but NEVER have enough money to cash it out… at least that’s what they tell us.

We gave them our business every day for a week during our vacay and had the same experience over and over .

One of the cashiers is very sweet but the ladies who work behind the licensing counter are straight miserable, slow and RUDE!

Today our winnings totaled to just $35 and she told us she doesn’t have it and went about her day. Behind us in line was a man and she proceeded to give him the cash in her drawer after denying us. When we asked her about it she said she only had $30 not $35… ya.. sure .

I find it hard to believe the registers only hold a total of $30 and even if they did it’s still not an excuse to be rude to your customers .

We came here because my dad who lives here recommended it but I can assure you he will not return & we will be sure to let everyone know about the rude hens that work here .

Good selection for a rather remote place. Prices are good too as they could gouge due to lack of competition, but they choose not to. Refreshing

I’d leave 0 if I could. You want to spend all your money for 2 days of groceries? Come to cost cutter. You want to be disappointed in their chicken/macncheese hot foods? Or any to be honest, come to cost cutter! Got all the way home and the Mac tasted like it had to be a week old. Not to mention it was a lovely 8 bucks 🤓 nothing is fresh and again, everything there is a Californians budget. Just because we’re next to Canada? I understand but what a joke for the locals. Just got a mcdicks and Taco Bell. I’m waiting for an actual grocery store!! I’m surprised they haven’t filed for bankruptcy more than once already. If you took your time reading this, have a wonderful day and I hope you went to birchbay market or Bellingham for your groceries 😆

We had taken the recommendation of someone at the front desk of the resort and went to the discount grocery store. If I had had all day and no one with me, that might have worked but we just wanted to grab our stuff and get on with our vacation. Your store saved our patience.

This store is really surprising. The name and the outside of the building sell it short. Once inside this is a fabulous store. Well stocked. Wonderful, beer and wine selection. They also sell hard liquor. A small amount of HomeGoods.

Nice deli and meat department, for a specialty sandwich and homemade salads. Self check out or go through the register with one of their very friendly employees.

A lot of parking available. Department of licensing located inside.

Store is clean and well laid out. Staff is always friendly.
