I came and ordered the falafel sandwich and fries and it was delicious. Fries were very crispy and seasoned. The falafel sandwich it was very flavorful and filled with vegetables and hummus. I recommend the garlic sauce it's very tasty as well.
They had the most amazing food, we got the gyro plate and the kebab platter. Then, it started pouring outside, and one of the many extremely kind workers came and gave us tea to wait out. HIGHLY recommend the Turkish tea, it was delicious!
the chef made us tea just because! very sweet place, but we were the only ones there since most other people ordered takeout.
We unfortunately came in just before closing, and they graciously accommodated us without complaint.
The food was wonderful and came out very quickly.

I came here with my family and I have nothing but good things to say about Sahara. Abu Hamza and his staff made the experience amazing. From the fresh tea at the start to the tabouli and falafel, everything we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh, authentic Mediterranean food!
I LOVE this place. The owners are super friendly and kind every time. Food is always good! My go-to is the gyros platter or sandwich. One of my favorite restaurants in broad ripple (-:
