good hotel with good quality rooms but beware it's on steep hill, 10 minutes to reach haram and very difficult for old people
It's not a hotel but a mess. The room is very packed with many broken utilities. They don't even provide an electric kettle. The hallway is gloomy and packed with people smoking on it even though the sign of no smoking is there, the staff doesn't care anyway.
The Worst of it is the food and dining room, it's like a distribution center of social service.

Come here to stay for hajj. Staying around 40 days. Good place to stay, quiet place, lots of lift elevators. Near the famous clock tower,shopping places.

Stay here in 2023 while performing Hajj. The distance is about 550 meters from Masjidil Haram
Very closed to Haram. Located quite near, a bit steep for the elderly and those using wheel chair. Lots of lifts! Very convenient. Many groceries shops and eateries toward the uphill climb.

Stayed here for Hajj...2023M / 1444H.. is here now.. nice location. Near to Masjidil Haram.. walking distance about 10 minutes medium pace walking.. otw back to hotel can get some meals or shopping at Safwa towers, clock tower etc...
