The room was big for 5 person + wheelchair user. ONE defect is the door not auto lock with one key only. The food and caterer quite good.
Rooms are bit small and congested but worth the compromise if you can get a good deal. Location is very close to masjid, specially convenient for ladies as their gate is very near.
THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING Hotel I have ever been to. Don't even take this hotel into consideration the bed has blood on it and hair, the bed collapsed as soon as I sat on it. Don't go to this hotel.we also asked the workers to change the sheets but they said no, never coming to this hotel again after this horrible experience.
To be in this hotel is like a punishment. No service at all. Smelly washroom. Fridge in room is full of smell even to make a complaint you have to go to reception as the phone is not working and on top of this they are not cancelling the booking with refund.
i booked the hotel by seeing pictures online, and i didn't know i made a mistake. Four beds squished tightly into one room. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only outside. There is no space at all to even open my suitcase. The staff boys are disrespectful. They were not cooperative when i complained about room. Worst experience. Do not recommend it. There are many more better hotels around the area for exactly the same price. see the picture of the room.
Comfortable stay and economy rates. Need to improve on housekeeping and customer service. Excellent location and sufficient number of lifts. Preparations are underway for the upcoming Hajj season.
BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The hotel management will be taken into account for the treatment of their guests. I'm sharing this for information purposes as I wish I had known this before booking:
-Management do not provide basics such as toilet roll or clean towels despite asking them many times
-We stayed for 10 nights with children and we asked for the rooms to be cleaned. We were left waiting hours but nobody came and then when we asked management they said they are too busy. We literally stayed in rooms which were dirty from previous visitors; although not our responsibility even if they had provided us with a hoover and clean bedsheets I would have cleaned myself rather than living in a messy room
-No WiFi in room even though we were only on 2nd floor. Only place you can get a good connection is in the reception area
-Their minibar in room means only a kettle and one mug. You will need to disconnect the fridge to use the kettle as no spare sockets (unless you move the large wardrobe). No water bottles or tea/coffee provided. Even an extra mug seems too much for hotel management to provide
-Fridge/freezer was broken and faulty. It froze everything we put inside it even on lowest setting
-Too much noise: lift alarm going off even in middle of the night, people and kids outside their rooms making noise, room window not closing properly so noise from traffic and sirens from main road outside
-Shows as smoke free but there are ashtrays near all the lifts and it stank of smoke especially in the stairway
-Waiting a long time for the lifts, we ended up using the stairs most of the time even though they smelled horribly of cigarettes
-Room has a TV but only one channel worked which showed British shows. TV remote not working either
-Room had a telephone but there was no wire connected to this so there was no point in having this
-Room had a safe inside the wardrobe but you guessed it, this didn't work either
-Shower was leaking and you had to hold it with one hand when washing as the stand was broken. No shower curtain so water on floor. Bath had dirt from previous visitors and there was no plug if you wanted a bath. Bathroom door and door frame rotted away due to water damage
-Only one room key so as a family room it was inconvenient
-After a knock on room door I was greated by a member of staff accompanied by police. They accused us of overstaying and when they discovered they made a mistake they didn't even apologise!
A lot is promises by the hotel in their description but apart from a room to stay in you will not receive much else.
In all honesty staying here was the biggest test for us. I would highly recommend choosing a hotel further away who show a little interest in helping you rather than here.
