Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love this place. I always get the salad but if I’m feeling adventurous I’ll get a burrito. Never disappointed

I just felt very uncomfortable here & I agree with the person who said they felt guilty ordering. And they employee went so fast he hardly gave me a chance to give him the right order. Our beans were undercooked and hard and a couple other customers and I had to wait 10 minutes or more to even have our order taken. Service and food all around was not very good.

Don’t know what her name is, white blonde cashier had the nastiest attitude. Too busy getting smart with customers when she could be answering the phone that’s ringing off the hook. Customer service is obviously not her strong suit, she needs to be in BOH with no customer interaction.

New girl (initial starter) scoops little portions and acts like she doesn’t know how to serve food at dinner time. Cooks seem to be Slacking on flavor . Guacamole ain’t Guac’N and the steak isn’t as flavorful as Philadelphia’s locations

I frequent Chipotle often, and this store in particular. But I have received Two incorrect online orders in a row. Don't order delivery from here if you expect to get what you were planning. 2 weeks ago I ordered a burrito, and received a bowl. Today I ordered a bowl and a side of chips. My chips didn't show up, and my bowl was completely inaccurate- ordered guac, didnt get it...didn't order cheese, I got it.. Not sure who's running their online order ship, but they need replacing. If you want an accurate order, you definitely need to order in person.

The absolute worst Chipotle around. Their portions are half of what you would get elsewhere. I continue to order here bc it’s convenient and disappointed every single time. This is a DOUBLE CHICKEN!

Food was good, not much steak was added but I didn’t take it personal. I will say it was pretty clean.
