Park Lane at Garden State Park

The park lane rental office is beautiful and the staff there are professional, friendly and truly go above and beyond. I haven't encountered anyone- from the concierge to maintenance and management- who hasn't been more than willing to provide assistance at anytime. Katie in leasing was particularly helpful with providing information and making herself available to tenants. The time and attention provided by the staff here is top rate. Well done!!

Kerrin was absolutely phenomenal during our tour! She was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and receptive to all of our questions. She knew her stuff and made the tour such an easy process that we could envision ourselves living at Park Lane. I’d highly recommend folks to lease with Kerrin — she’s a gem!

I went on a tour of the property with Kerrin. The place is elegant and very secure. The clubhouse is very relaxing. Nature and good landscaping. I was so comfortable touring with Kerrin. We chatted and laughed and paused and walked and chatted and laughed and toured. Such a good connection have a good sense of hospitality. The rooms are new. I looked for basic things such as wall AC outlet in the balcony and they have it. Other properties don’t think about that. I will definitely apply. Thanks Kerrin! Keep smiling.

We have been living there for a couple of months. The staff is amazing and accommodating. We are lucky to live in this community. The residents are very pleasant and nice to talk to. The front desk staff are the nicest people we have met. Comparing to other places we looked at, this place by far is the best and the staff is the most courteous. Nichelle is AWESOME!!!! She helped us a lot and she also checked on us during the first few weeks to make sure we are happy in our new home. We could not have asked for a better apartment, staff, and residents. We are lucky to be here.

I absolutely love living here! It’s very luxurious! The leasing office staff and daily receptionist exude outstanding customer service! Nichelle, and Edith especially are always so welcoming and accommodating to any needs or questions I have. The property is always well maintained and is managed incredibly! I do however wish there was a specific space to host gatherings with my friends and family. The clubhouse is very nice, I gladly pay the amenity fees, but I wish the club house amenities weren’t so limited on holidays and evenings, basically the times when I am off work to actually enjoy hanging out in the clubhouse. Besides that I am very pleased with living here! It’s peaceful, affordable and enjoyable so far!

I moved in Park Lane at the end of August, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The complex offers outstanding amenities and the buildings are immaculate. Most importantly, the employees at Park Lane are the best. Michelle spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and covered every detail of moving to Park Lane. She went out of her way to make my apartment perfect and ready to move in. The ladies at the concierge desk are awesome, too. Katie, Dawn and Edith always great you in a professional way and make sure you feel welcome and “at home.” Lastly, all maintenance issues are handled expeditiously, thanks to the building crews.

Every concierge member has been super friendly, welcoming, helpful, polite. Community acitivities every month, clubhouse is beautiful and clean always, gym, tennis court, playground…the pool is our favorite to sit and relax by. Location and concierge is why we chose to live here…within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, Wegmans, parks, etc. Very pet friendly community as well.
