The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park

I love living at Plaza Grande! There is always something to do at the clubhouse and everyone is so nice and welcoming. The convenience of shopping and restaurants is awesome also!

I lived at The Plaza Grande for almost five years and loved the complex and the entire team at the facility. Immaculately maintained Facility with responsive and caring staff throughout my tenure. The location is close to everything, but is also quiet and peaceful. Thanks for everything

My husband and I currently reside at The Plaza Grande. We are the happiest we have ever been in our entire lives.
Life can be tough and this place simplifies the everyday necessities. The staff is phenomenal and we call the clubhouse, our castle we don't have to take care of. It is so beautiful and it has more amenities than we could ever dream of. We have met friends that we love and consider family. Everything we need is within a mile radius. I can't express enough how the choice to create our home here at The Plaza Grande has been one of the best decisions we have ever made! ...Ten stars plus and highly recommended!

I toured The Plaza Grande with the amazing leasing team and I have to say, they were so amazing to work with! They knew all there was to know about each floor plan, the finishes, pricing, amenities and more. The clubhouse offers so many amazing activities. It's also extremely close to the Cherry Hill Mall and right over the bridge to Philly. Definitely would recommend!

If your 55+ and looking to downsize into a community, The Plaza Grand may be for you. They have beautiful amenities. It's very clean, and close to the city.

Already a great location, but now with the new developer taking over - new things will come especially to the club house! And soon! Just 6 miles from center city in Philadelphia. Great fit for 55+ folks and lots of community events
