Awenda is a beautiful Provincial Park with Georgian Bay all around. Beaches, tons of trails and great camping!

It was super cold and windy and rain on the second weekend of October but the beach looks gorgeous with big waves crashing in against big rocks.

Nice beach! We tried many and this was quite nice. Full disclosure, you should have water shoes as there are big rocks here, but the water is so clear you can easily make your way through the water! Nice beach!!

Very beautiful, parking is limited so purchase the tickets online beforehand. The walk to the beach is not too bad. The beach is mix of sandy and rocky. I recommend water shoes. My children had a great time exploring the various rocks sticking out , we went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy as expected.

Located within Awenda national park, this is one of 4 beaches accessible by walking from the campgrounds (though not recommended) and via driving with parking nearby.

There are several designated parking areas from A to I. A being closest to the start of beach 1. Though your better off going into section F or G where there is more sand.

This beach is nice. Not too wavy, nor is it too calm. You'll find this beach easily accessible just a short walk through the woods.

Sand is good and not too large.
Rocky near the beginning of the beach.

Do not come here for the beach. It is all rocks under the water and it is an accident waiting to happen. My kids swim out and I can't get to them because the rocks were so slippery.

Nice beach, clean water, when sunny it is perfect but the sand is so hot so you cannot walk there without shoes/flip flops. Sun is there all day, parking is close, washrooms as well. Amazing. I hope I will be back soon! Water is shallow and it is perfect for kids or families as well as for paddleboarding.
