All the dishes are prepared with care; great attention to detail; the fish was tasty, and the combination of flavors was perfect. Even the dessert didn't disappoint in comparison to the fish dishes. The cocktails were also very well-balanced. Recommended for a special and high-quality lunch/dinner.
This restaurant is a popular spot for tourists and has limited business hours, so making reservations well in advance is a must. The seafood menu is fantastic, the wine selection is good, and the service is impeccable. The atmosphere is festive and therefore a little noisy. We truly enjoyed our visit.
Fancy place! Amazing drinks and ambiance. A place to be seen. Dress up…it’s worth it! Wanted to try every drink on the menu. I had a pina colada 2.0. And the waiter gave us a shot of whisky sour.
El mercado confirms itself as one of the best restaurants in Lima time after time. The freshness of the seafood, the care in the preparation, and the vision behind each dish are just impeccable.
Amazing, fresh ceviche and seafood in general. The drinks were also super yummy and nicely paired with the food. Highly recommend that you try a few different ceviche, and scallops (the razor scallops are a must) as you can ask them to reduce the size of the portions and so get to try more dishes!
