New Mexico Fried Chicken

Compared to KFC, this restaurant offers better food at lower prices. I'm a regular here, have come to the restaurant about 25 times so far, and the first few weeks of ordering were great. After that however, it became a nightmare, and I'd only buy from this restaurant as a last resort. They constantly upsell, for example if you ask for a chicken burger, they will say "ok, you wanted a chicken burger meal", or in many of my own cases, change your order to the more expensive meal options without asking. They have time and time again not respected a request for the burger to be plain, causing me to have to completely throw it away, wasting good food.

If they didn't change people's orders or not respect allergens/ED requests, I would rate this place 4/5. But the lack of care on their part really lets them down.

horrible dangerous food. found a Philips bolt in my fillet burger. almost got my teeth broken. when i told them it seemed normal to them and nobody was bothered. search for metal bits in your food before taking any bites of you love your teeth!!!!!

Burger was average, chips were decent. Fast service too.

The food was extremely good because they take personal requests, such as when I asked for red salt In a little tub. They gave it me for free and free sauce as which would have usually cost me £0.50. Another time was today, when I called them and asked to fry my chicken burger a bit more longer so it's more crunchier.

There’s a children playing area and the place itself is really nice it’s good that they provide a toilet and a sink and the food is absolutely delicious 😋 I really enjoyed my food and I have been there a couple of times with friends and family. Very affordable .

Delicious and affordable. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and spacious and had a kids play area.

When a customer eating in complains his burgers are cold I should have left but I Ordered chicken burger spicy and I asked for it to be cut in half and 3 wings.
Burger was dry hard breading was too hard on sides and also it was not cut in half as requested. 3 wings greasy not great at all no flavor very bland.
Staff arguing amongst themselves you can see and feel the tension.
