How is it possible that in the place where people usually wait for the trains with heavy bags, there is no place to sit… not a single bench. There is so much empty space and there are millions of stairs but not a single bench?
To reach all the bathrooms you need to go through multiple stairs, just to find out that all of them are closed after nine. Where am I supposed to pee if my train is at 23.55? The floor?
Then, to reach my platform the stair elevator down worked but the one going up didn’t. I just wanted to check if there are places to sit there but I didn’t want to risk carrying my bags up not working elevator stairs..
overall, horrible experience, what a poorly thought through station. Nothing for the passengers except the shops to suck some money out :(
Oh and you can’t leave you luggage anywhere on the station as well, need to walk to some caffe or hotel.

The place is huge and modern with lots of great stores. 3 stars because the inner establishments have no bathrooms. You are forced to pay a euro for a dirty, smelly, rundown toilet.
A great train station in one of the greatest cities in the world. Bright, clean and efficient with convenient shops and nice restaurants.
Very good junction of train, metro, atac bus, Cotral bus, private bus services and shops and restaurants and again, taxi services.

One of best train station I saw that,well cleaned Nd lots shops inside. Not really busy how I was think.
State of the art station but only half working and in perennial repair.
Worst of all, the public toilets: costs one euro and it’s dirty, sticky, wet and half working.
