Apu Inti Restaurante

We had food here after the Inca trail to the Machupicchu tour recommended by our tour guide, Alpaca Expeditions. The food here was good but could be a little better.

Delicious “trout Machu Picchu” served beautifully like a work of art. My husband liked his pasta too. Another tourist said it best— fancy but not pretentious place with truly good service. No one is hawking you to come in and then forgetting you once you’re there. The waiter was excellent. The location for this restaurant is just a tragedy because few probably venture down this alley because the main road is a tourist trap. Try it!!

This restaurant is located very near the river and the train station. Food and service are good. Staffs speak English.

Great restaurant with upscale seating and design but not pretentious. Friendly and good service. Corn and cream soup was good. My kids liked their juice a lot.

The only place in this town where the waiter added himself a tip to my bill, despite having messed up my order. If I didn't ask he would have charged me add additional 15%.

Food was lackluster and the music was too loud.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. After a very early start because of our visit to Machu Picchu, breakfast at Apu Inti was just what we needed. The staff was also great. Our servers were friendly, patient, and caring. Highly recommend!
