I have been trying to communicate with them to make an appointment. They don’t pick up the phone.

I recently visited Argentina consulate for a tourist visa. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. My interview was taken by the interim counsel, and she was friendly and professional.

I got my visa in 40 minutes… Very impressed!

Built in the 1906, it was sold to Argentine govt. Bought it in 1913. Beautiful architecture and friendly staff makes vist to this place worthwhile.

This a review of the Consulate employee who helped me out today, April 17 2019. I don't know her name but she was really nice, professional and helpful. I called first and then went to pick up my new ID. I only had to use the Embassy or Consulate in very few instances and I am always afraid because they are usually not the nicest or most costumer service oriented people but this lady proved me wrong. So to the Consulate management please commend this lady for her professionalism and train the other man that answers the phone at the Embassy to be more like her. He does not represent Argentina in the best light.

I don't get it, they supposed to help you i went there to ask a simple question and they don't know the answer so why they are there. It took me 30m with traffic to get there and all that for nothing and when you call them they don't pick up. when I got there they asked me if I had a appointment how am I going to make a appointment if they don't answer. And by the way they give you faces like they are doing me a favor come on!!!! They need to learn to treat people in other words costumer service. Hope they retrain their employees!!!!

Extremely professional staff. Needed a visa for an emergency and the office open their doors for me on a holiday, without complaining or giving me a hard time. I am indebted.
