Was a wonderful experience while I stayed in NYC. The management promptly responded to my requests and the maintenance team maintained the building clean.

Window nearly fell out of my apartment wall due to poor installation and probably will now that the new tenant is there, we had crazy floods as a result. Maintenance never showed up for the entire year I was there. Broken fire alarm, broken sink, freezer doesn’t stay closed. Waited two months for my security deposit only for the check to bounce. Office staff constantly have attitudes, their go to broker asked me on a date seconds after I signed my lease. Mail is stolen repeatedly. Poor communication. Worst leasing company I have rented from in years. Never again.
