NYC Furnished Apartments

I consider the housing experience at Park Ave 30 very positive. I live an apartment with a very pleasant view of the Empire State Building, well furnished and really bright. The doormen are friendly and efficient as well as the superintendent.

Monterey At Park was an amazing experience and perfect for my living situation. Henri, all the doormen and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and awesome people. Would defiantly Recommend!

We really enjoyed our temporary stay at 30 Park, a furnished one bedroom! The location was really new and fun for us with lots of restaurants and walking distance to Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Market.. The staff at 30 Park is very helpful and accommodating in every way..The leasing office made sure to provide anything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable..A perfect temporary and furnished New York solution..
