Make the announcement maybe before the stop and people might know where they are and get off at the right stop. Rudest driver ever. Not helping older people with cases, if ya did it might be quicker

It does the job in default of having a decent connection to the city.

The wifi is however flawed and by the time you manage to get to it you’ll be arrived. If they really wanted to provide a complimentary wifi, it would be a simple click.

Professional, courteous, stacked away everyone's luggage for them which kept everything neat tidy and far less chance of damage to property. Sind mit dem Bus 901 bis zum Zug in die Innenstadt gefahren.

Myki Karte kann man dort jedoch nicht aufladen. Einen Automat für die Aufladung gibt es im Erdgeschoss in Terminal 2.

Unbearably hot on the top deck and deafeningly loud driver loudspeaker. Excessively militant ‘computer says no’ approach to queue management that cost me the chance to get to a meeting on time after a delayed flight. You want to do the right thing for the environment and use the bus rather than taxi but they make it pretty difficult for you sometimes.

Really disappointing service from uncaring driver. Arrived right on time at 10:29pm with 3 other passengers, by the time we wound our way through the maze, the driver clearly watching us, he closed the door and drove away at exactly 10:30pm. It was 6 degrees C outside. Can’t wait for the rail link to be built….

this bus is very expensive, save money and walk past t4 and take the 901 public bus to broadmeadwos railway station -then you can take a suburban train to the city or connect for other buses. you can download the ptv app and pay with your phone with NFC. skybus has engaged in very anti-competitve behaviour and when they tried to install the 901 public bus the skybus did not allow the bus stop to be located out the front of the airport. This company has also slowed down the construction of a train link to the airport. This keeps Melbourne stuck in last century public transport and encourages car dependence. The carpark at the airport is bigger than inner city suburbs. BOYCOTT this company, save money and take the 901 public bus!
