Big Ben the tower clock is a true London icon. He is always reliable and accurate, and his chimes are a comforting sound that echoes through the city. I love seeing him illuminated at night, and he is always a popular photo spot for tourists. Big Ben's service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish timepiece.
We had one night layover in London, before heading back to the US. The clock tower was closed but we had plenty of nice photos form outside at night.

We had a long transit in London and decided to go out for a walk. We left our luggage at the terminal lounge and took the train out to the Big Ben. From airport Terminal 5 we headed to Bond street station then changed to Jubilee line, get off at west minister station walked approximately 5 mins and was greeted with a wowing view of the Big Ben !! It is definitely worth visiting this beautiful architecture.

What can I say other than it's a big, beautiful, clock. If you are in the area it is definitely worth stopping to grab some photos.

If you're visiting London you have to make a stop to see Big Ben at least once. I would suggest trying to get there at the hour so you hear it go off. After you've seen it the one time you don't need to go back a second time.
