My experience at this shop is very bad. Purchased a set of really expensive glass and frame. Had to give it for repair a few days later because of some misfit. However during the repair they damaged the glass significantly. When I brought them to their notice, they were adamant that it is not done by them and glass was brought to them in a damaged state. They didn't listen even after me trying my best and I ended up with the damaged glass which were bought very expensive.

I have over 4 years of experience in the customer service industry. I can assure you that Adnan from Eyelab optics offered me excellent customer service. I’m thoroughly impressed!
